The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

The Vézère Valley in the heart of the Dordogne hosts pre-historic caves & magnificent castles. We are a five minute drive of Le Bugue and within half an hour of Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Lascaux.

Gîte de Malivert is located in the village of Paunat, at the confluences of the Dordogne and Vezere The 147m2 gite is a freshly renovated longhouse with sobriety it consists of a large 57 m2 living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with queen size bed, 1 with 2 twin beds), 2 bathrooms In the garden, you can enjoy the private pool and a dining area with barbecue The Malivert cottage is ideally located between Périgueux, Bergerac and Sarlat

Beautiful gîte with private pool

Le Petit Abri is a short stroll from the centre of Tremolat, a pretty village with lovely restaurants. Originally a Perigourdine barn, it has recently been sympathetically renovated to create a beautiful one-bedroom gite. During July & August we normally accept bookings for a minimum of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, but please contact us for availability.
