From the balcony you have an amazing view over Mjøsa and the apartment has sun from sunrise to sunset. In the apartment there is a new large kitchen, dining room with table space for 8 and a large living room with a nice sofa and large TV, bathroom and guest room. On the top floor there is a large bedroom with French balcony and a super view.

10min walk to Storgata and 8min to the train station, 3 min to the grocery store and gas station 🚶‍♀️🚶 There is space for skiing, etc. in the stall outside the apartment, 😊 let us know if needed. 1 bed in bedroom, bed is 180cm wide. There's room for 2 people on the sofa 😴💤 Parking is available at Lurhaugen parking lot, 2min walk from the apartment🚗 It is important that it is quiet in the apartment and stairwell after 11 pm, as there is a lot of listening in the building and you will get complaints 🤫
