Andrea is very friendly and communicative. She responded quickly when we encountered some problem in the flat. The local restaurants she recommended is also very good. The place is clean, well equipped and decorated with a good taste. It is also a short walk from the airport and local buses. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Just quick one night stay before visiting Carrara but everything was perfect. We had a very peaceful sleep.

We had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb in Pisa. My wife, two kids, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location and place to stay during our trip. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our needs. The host was friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to all the major sights, including the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. It was perfect for us as a family, with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby to explore. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. We had no complaints during our stay. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pisa—it’s a fantastic spot for families!

Die Unterkunft war super! Es ist zwar etwas abseits aber dadurch wundervoll ruhig gelegen. Die Kommunikation Mittelmaß und Egle war einwandfrei und wir haben auch direkt lokale Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Man sollte jedoch darauf achten, dass man sein Auto gut beherrscht da die Straße zur Unterkunft recht schmal ist, was jedoch für die Berge sehr typisch ist :) Definitiv zu empfehlen wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag und eine wundervolle Landschaft überblicken möchte!!

Ottima soluzione fuori dalla ZTL, ideale per parcheggio in auto ed il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in poco tempo a piedi. Siamo stati con 2 bambini molti piccoli e la soluzione ha risposto in pieno alle nostre esigenze. Lorenzo è stato molto reattivo e disponibile, soluzione decisamente consigliata per famiglie!

Carla's place is exactly as described and what we needed! Spacious dining area. We comfortably sat around 2 tables in 18 to celebrate Christmas with my family who lives in the town. The kitchen is very well equipped with pans, pots, kettle and everything else you need. Both bedrooms are also very spacious, there is a single and a double bed in each. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and the building has a communal lift for those with mobility issues. Both Carla and Nicoletta were understanding and extremely accommodating with our request especially when we asked to invite relatives around for dinner or lunch. The house is located in the town centre of Livorno and at walking distance to the seafront too. Parking is a bit tricky but Parcheggio Cecconi is just a few minutes by walk and not too expensive - €12 per day. I would highly recommend Carla's apartment and would probably book it again in the future.

L'appartamento si trova in piazza, la zona è molto comoda per girare a piedi il centro di Livorno ed è praticamente tutto a due passi. All'arrivo abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l'ascenzore ma Elio è stato subito reattivo per aiutarci a risolvere in breve tempo. La comunicazione è sempre stata rapida ed efficace. Consigliatissimo!

Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la zona di Carrara e le sue cave, ma anche come partenza per i sentieri nelle bellissime montagne circostanti. Piera è disponibile e gentile, mi ha dato suggerimenti per trovare un posto in cui cenare.

Patrizia war super hilfsbereit und freundlich . Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist herrlich. Man erreicht alle großen Städte (Pisa, Florenz, Lucca) innerhalb von 1 -1.5 Stunden

Je voelt je meteen thuis in het sfeervolle huisje middenin een tuin met rozen, rozemarijn, fruit- en olijfbomen. De klokkentoren zorgt al eeuwen voor een karakteristiek uitzicht. Giovanna en Antonio zijn zeer hartelijk en geven fijne tips over de fantastische Toscaanse omgeving (wandelroutes, dorpjes, strand, restaurant,…). Ze verwennen je met hun eigen olijfolie, limoncello, vers geplukte vruchten en wijn en ze laten je lekker je eigen gang gaan. De ommuurde stad Lucca is 10min rijden en zowel met de fiets als te voet te bezoeken. In deze wat kleinere stad heb je de Duomo bijna voor jezelf. Pistoia, Pisa, Florence, allemaal een uurtje rijden, zijn zeer de reis waard maar het is na deze drukke steden elke avond weer heerlijk om in het rustige Upupa huisje terug te keren. Wij, 2 zusjes, verbleven er begin november en konden in de tuin een handje helpen met de olijvenpluk. Onze vakantie was helemaal af. Grazie mille, Luki&Niko

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Ich kann mich den ganzen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen! Massimo ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber und er ist immer sofort zur Stelle wenn man etwas benötigt, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns von Anfang an gut verstanden. Die ganze Familie ist sehr herzlich, freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Es fehlte an nichts. Selbst Bademantel und Wärmflasche wurden zur Verfügung gestellt! Besonders die Betten sind sehr bequem, was in Ferienwohnungen eine Seltenheit ist! Mein 2-wöchiger Aufenthalt mit meinem Hund war sehr angenehm und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt…fast schon wie bei Freunden zu Besuch. Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

We stayed here with our dog for a whole week and I can say that we felt like home. The house is very comfortable and cozy. It has a very nice front yard which we could enjoy during the sunny days. The surrounding is beautiful. Eva was very kind and recommended places for pizza and gelato. We really appreciated her attention. I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure in the future.

"A Magical Stay by the Sea". Our stay at Azzurra House was nothing short of magical. The stunning sunset views and just a minute's walk to the beach made for an unforgettable experience. Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Deborah. Der Pool und die Lage ist toll und Deborah gibt super Empfehlungen, ist total warmherzig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen möchten!

Sehr nette kleine Wohnung, Ausstattung Top, außerdem direkt an der Pineta, dem Pinienpark gelegen, der voller Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten, vor allem für Kinder steckt. War für uns mit unserem kleinen Sohn spitze. Weiters nur 5 Min zum nächsten Strandbad zu Fuß, Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss und Pasticceria sowie Eisgeschäft direkt gegenüber. Herz was willst du mehr? Dazu noch die Gastgeberin Maria Luisa, die uns bei Fragen oder Problemen immer sehr schnell und äußerst freundlich geholfen hat, haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt hier und würden sofort wieder hinfahren. ☺️

I are warmly welcomed by Silvia and the appartment ist very lovely and cozy. There is beautiful see and forest for us to relax only few steps away. There is nothing to complain everything is perfect. Silvia is very nice and kind. I would definitely recommend this appartment. I wish we could stay here longer.

Hôte extrêmement accueillant. Parle français. Est venu nous chercher à la gare. Une personne très chaleureuse. Logement propre et spacieux. Très calme. Les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée. Proche de la gare Spezia Migliarina ( 3 minutes à pied). Attention nécessite parfois un changement à la Spezia centrale pour accéder aux 5 terres. Centre commercial à proximité et petits restaurants. Bon rapport qualité prix.
