Beautiful cottage, spacious, clean with air conditioning, jacuzzi and a car seat with a small garden. Ideally located for the tour of the Cinque Terre. i recommend it 😉 Vincent, Cindy & Nathan.

I highly recommend this place ! Ilaria was a wonderful host ❤️ This was our first stay in Italy 🇮🇹 and we felt well cared for. Ilaria was wonderfully patient when I asked about everything, very good communication between us I🙌🏼❤️'m so glad we came to such a house ! Something about the house : It was wonderful, atmospheric, and we felt great in it ☺️ Very clean and tidy , all the amenities you want, the kitchen is well-equipped, towels available in large quantities, linens and pillows clean and tidy, TV (Netflix and Disney perfect for kids to watch in the evening), toys and a lot of books for children 🧒🏼 My children were delighted with this place 🙌🏼 Washer and dryer for guests. Nice and quiet, atmospheric place. Shops and restaurants are very close. It was lovely to walk around the neighborhood. The most delicious ice cream is a 10-minute walk away, a 👌🏼🤩 parking lot with plenty of parking, beautiful buildings, a playground, and a park right next door.

Elisa was incredibly service minded and easy to deal with. Super nice accommodation, good layout and super luxurious with private bathroom to each bedroom. The area was nice and well kept, however, the experience is that you should have access to your own car to transport yourself between the property and the city's range of different activities.

Super host, very welcoming and very pleasant with a lot of generosity both in the small welcome gifts and in the departure gifts. Very nice accommodation for a family of 5 with a dog. We felt right at home and also fell in love with this beautiful region of Tuscany. The accommodation is located equidistant from Pisa and Florence which allowed us to visit these two beautiful cities!

A beautiful home in peaceful green surroundings. The house had everything we needed for our stay - including very thoughtful touches like umbrellas we could use and a bottle of wine + cake that waited for us, laundry detergent, and more. Igor was a wonderful host - communicative, helpful, and gave us many great recommendations and tips for things to do in the area. He was available for any question and request. There was a lot of rain during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful yard. I highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

We loved our stay in Palaia! The suite was cozy, comfortable, and had the most amazing outdoor space with a hot tub and pool access. The space is clean, updated, and styled very nicely. We stayed with our 11 month old baby and there was a perfect crib and highchair. Andrea and Simone were amazing hosts. They were so welcoming, gave us local recommendations, and even set up a cooking class for me when I inquired about it! They have an amazing property with a stunning cantina and wine cellar. They are very knowledgeable about the area, and were gracious hosts. Palaia is a lovely small town which you can easily travel to many other main cities or smaller towns. The landscape is stunning! You will enjoy your stay!

Jacopo made our arrival easy with a description and photos, which probably wouldn't have worked so well if we had only followed the navigation system. The house is very tastefully decorated and offers a beautiful view of the sea and lake. The parking lot is only a few meters from the house and was sufficient for our two motorcycles. Since we also had a rainy day, it was an advantage that there was Google TV and we could also receive German television. The road to Montemagno is only about 1 km and you will find several options for good dinner there. We highly recommend the house and the hosts!

We stayed with Marco with our 3 children and it was super relaxing and especially because of the fantastic pool a particularly nice holiday. The house is very spacious, the garden is large. The area is very varied and beautiful, the location is great. The supermarket is within walking distance, the small village center very cozy and typical. You can drive 5 minutes to the beach. Marco is a very friendly and accommodating host.

A very nice house in quiet Tuscany. We felt very comfortable there and all our concerns were taken care of. The view from the terrace is magnificent. The driveway is exciting with a large vehicle, but also not a problem. The location is really very quiet and beautiful and you are quickly in Lucca. In terms of equipment, we lacked nothing, we had everything we needed. If you are traveling with 8 people who are not necessarily a couple, two of the beds may be a little tight, there were 7 of us and we made a single room out of one room, so it was a perfect fit. Overall we would love to come back!

Review for house- do you think ok? What an amazing and special home! Thank you to Leonardo and his mum for looking after us all so well during our stay (including Etta our dog) and for bringing us some wonderful local homemade dishes. Leonardo could not have been more helpful and gave us lots of local recommendations. Staying in such an historical building was an experience in itself and the views from the house were spectacular in all weathers- and we had a big mix of weather- sun, rain and storms. The outside spaces were perfect for having drinks and watching the sunset. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and dined in the spectacular dining area outside. Leonardo helped arrange a pasta making class with Alessandra which was a great experience for all of our group. The area is very beautiful, with forest walks, and fantastic views of the mountains and vineyards and huge chestnut trees. We visited some beautiful towns nearby. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous location! The hosts - Lorenzo and Bernadette - were so helpful. They greeted us and took us up the hill to the house. They left fresh fruit, snacks and the basics for cooking. Waking up to the view cannot be described. You have to see it for yourself! Don’t be turned off by other comments about the driveway. Lorenzo takes you up the first time and it’s easy from there! Keep it in 1st :)

Everything was perfect! Silvia is a very attentive host to her guests, very helpful and a pleasant person. The house is a gem. Full of decorative details and original vintage furniture that fit together perfectly. On the ground floor, a large, bright room overlooking the well-kept porch and garden. Upstairs, there are 3 comfortable bedrooms with very clean linens. We felt right at home. The temperatures were not ideal for a dip in the beautiful pool but, we are already thinking of coming back to try it!

We were a party of 8 adults and 4 children and had an amazing 4 night stay. The children loved the pool and the play areas, the grounds are amazing! Stefano arranged for tennis lessons which were great. Pizza party was huge fun and enjoyed by us all. We had a really relaxing stay. Stefano was available for any help that we needed and picked up and dropped some of us at the airport ( so much easier than hiring a car if you’re not sightseeing) Highly recommend and can’t wait to return.
