Sonia's place was nice and clean and she was responsive. the apartment is very close to the beach. The only problem we had was with the lack of mosquito nets. The plants in the garden of the building were full of mosquitoes and inside when we first entered in the afternoon there were like 4 or 5 mosquitoes. Therefore we had issues with getting fresh air as it was very hard to open the windows and not get mosquitoes in. Apart from that the apartment is large and nicely equipped.

Beautiful little town. It felt like an experience of living in a medieval village - but with wifi. We enjoyed wine on the patio with views of the countryside. We were surprised by mosquitoes in October, but that speaks to their warmer weather and recent rain events. We had a nice time at the farmers market and were happy to be able to prepare the fresh mushrooms at =home in the well equipped kitchen.

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Cecilia is a very kind and caring person. Her house is very large and bright, the spaces are divided very well and furnished in a functional way. The house has everything and there's air conditioning! Due to the great heat we did not take advantage of the large equipped terrace, it was better to stay inside the house in the cool! the house is located in a quiet area, right in front of a large paid parking lot (25 euros per week), with a 10-minute walk along you get to the promenade and the beach resorts (we recommend Amedeo bath) and a few minutes away there are many supermarkets and shops of all kinds. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back next year! Thanks Cecilia

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is right on the slopes and is perfect for those who want to ski. Cozy and warm, we had a very good time.

Well-furnished accommodation in a convenient location!

Giuliana, a thoughtful host and attentive to the needs of a couple with a 3-year-old. We found more for him in the house than we could expect. So much space both inside and out, on the terrace, where you can have lunch and relax. Very central location, convenient to everything. Marina di Carrara is a pleasant discovery.

We had a very good time! We chose Barbara's apartment for a Carnival weekend. The house is very nice, located a short walk from the seafront, in a convenient location and equipped with all amenities. Barbara is very kind and welcoming, she welcomed us personally and gave us some tips to make the most of the weekend. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

Amazing location, walkable to everything within Pisa. Giula left us our own devices which is exactly what we wanted but left clear instructions on how to enter and was lovely when we bumped into her on our way out. Messaged a few times about a couple of things and she responded quickly and was very accommodating and friendly. Very kind host. Would recommend for a weekend in Pisa.

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! Nice place as a base to explore the area. Beautiful hill-like area. Village of Pietresantra surprisingly nice! Beds a little softer than we like ourselves and the approach route with a low car was challenging, but otherwise a nice apartment!! Good communication with Fulvia.

The place is really a dream! We had a lovely, relaxing time with Deborah. The pool and location are great and Deborah gives great recommendations, is totally warm and you feel right at home. And we liked it so much that we want to come back!

We stayed at the end of the season in this really nice area and felt right at home on site. The old oil mill and our apartment are generously allowed, corresponded to the description, the photos shown are even better in reality. It was all clean, all the equipment worked and we felt very comfortable. The large swimming pool is a real highlight and has greatly upgraded the stay, especially the children. The reception on site went smoothly and was very well prepared in advance. We enjoyed the time very much and can really highly recommend the accommodation - the value for money is great! It was a very nice stay. The proximity to Pisa and Florence is a big plus. The kids were in the pool every day and everyone was very kind and helpful. Kjara had some great insider tips.
