Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, you'll find the patio, the pool,sunbathing area, the barbecue and the wood-fired oven.

The two-room apartment consists of a kitchen, a bedroom with a walk-in closet, a hallway, a laundry room, a bathroom and a rear outdoor space. The entire place was completely renovated in 2022.
