Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lichtenfels

We were there with a child and two dogs and felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The garden at the back, which is fenced, is also particularly great for dog owners. The communication with the hostess was also very friendly. We felt comfortable all around!

We spent 5 very nice days family vacation at Martina and Josef's. The toddler was well occupied: sliding, feeding rabbits, stroking cats, driving a Bobbycar tractor. Books and toys were also there, which we could also use well in view of the bad weather. A highlight: fresh strawberries and eggs from the farm. Plus the location: climbing rocks within a few minutes' walk and other activities within short driving distances. Disadvantage: The really loud frogs right in front of the house and the ringing of the bells at 6:00 (after a few days, however, we had already gotten used to it). The place was absolutely sufficient for 5 and a half people, everything was tidy and well maintained. Dishwasher and microwave would have increased the comfort a little, but of course you can also manage without. We gladly recommend Bühnershof and would only wish for better weather for the next stay ;-)

Very nice place to stay, everything as shown in the listing. Especially for our children. The garden is fantastically beautiful, well maintained, quiet and at the same time a private playground for the little ones. Also in the house everything you need and also here great play opportunities for the children. We also loved the information on beer gardens, restaurants and excursion destinations. In general, there is a lot to do in the beautiful region. Thanks also to Birgit and Kalle who always helped us with advice and action. Very friendly hosts! Thanks for the wonderful time.

I was warmly welcomed by Andreas for the key handover. The apartment is huge with large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms… excellent. Andreas had already put drinks in the refrigerator, which could be bought at supermarket prices. So, a refreshing arrival was given: great service.

5 ★ Stay – Perfect Anniversary Retreat We chose Cristina’s place to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt an abundance of good vibes and positive energy throughout the house. The location is wonderfully quiet, surrounded by nature, with plenty of lovely walking paths. The house itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and felt like a warm hug. It was the ideal serene getaway we were hoping for. With so many interesting places just a 30‑minute drive away, we were able to soak in the region’s charm—Veste Coburg, the impressive fortress known as the "Franconian Crown," is a must-see. Cristina was truly a perfect host: proactive, always available, and a pleasure to communicate with. Her thoughtful touches and responsiveness made our stay effortless and enjoyable. We highly recommend this lovely retreat to anyone seeking peace, charm, and access to the gems of Franconia. We’re already hoping to stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend in Sebastian's wellness oasis and are sure that we will not be there for the last time.

We spent an extended weekend with Katrin in the beautiful Franconian Switzerland....The apartment is great for a few days to explore the area and especially to visit the many regional brewery inns. Also a good starting point for hiking and climbing.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment. The apartment offers everything for a longer stay. The location is very good. Good access to the highway, not far to Bamberg and other attractions. The apartment is quietly located and in very good condition. You can also sleep very well in the beds. The contact with Vito and Alexandra was really very nice and straightforward. We can only recommend the property.

Very nice accommodation in a quiet location and yet you can quickly get to Bamberg city center by bus. The apartment was clean, well equipped and offers a large terrace. We can only recommend it and would be happy to come back.

Dear Helene, Thank you for a pleasant stay with you. You were always there when we needed something. We were also able to park our bikes safely in the barn. A large garden and a swing, as well as a balcony overlooking the railway line, particularly pleased our child and of course the chickens. We took daily bike tours (whether with or without an e-bike, both are possible) - it is well connected and there are a lot of great tours. We can definitely recommend the place!

Very nice hostess, super clean, very nice accommodation - you have everything you need and feel right at home. Martin guided us superbly through the road closure due to a construction site. The apartment is really very stylish and was very clean. We enjoyed the super quiet location by the forest. The two dogs were also thought of. The terrace to the owl's nest is very nice and great for breakfast and lounging. Great surroundings with caves, castles and very nice hiking trails for all levels. All around relaxing 4 days in Franconian Switzerland. Thank you to Hanna and Martin for the very nice hospitality. We can recommend the apartment Eulennest without restriction. We stayed four nights in this beautiful apartment. Everything is new, sparkling clean and cozy. The balcony is wonderful for relaxing and having breakfast. There are many beautiful excursion destinations in the area. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed 3 nights in this great apartment. Check-in went smoothly. Particularly noteworthy is the cleanliness, rarely found anything comparable. We liked the loving decor and the great terrace overlooking the countryside. Only the missing door to the open staircase (but it will soon be installed) is a bit unusual. Definitely 5 stars from us

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

The small apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, quiet inside and very conveniently located to walk to the railway station and the old town. We were warmly welcomed and shown around. Thr place is equipped with the basics. The complimentary beer was very much appreciated on the hot day we experienced. Communication was excellent. The host responded promptly to any request.

great hospitable place ti stay area is quiet and air is very clean there is a small river nearby and you can hear the calming sound of water during the night. thats great for taking a fruitful rest
