The apartment AV9 (2nd floor) has a kitchen, living room with a sofa bed and a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and an infrared sauna. The apartment also has a 2nd floor with up to 6 single beds. When accommodating 7 or more people, a second bathroom and a separate bedroom with two beds on the second floor are included in the price. For fewer guests, a second bathroom and a separate bedroom can be ordered for 500 CZK/night. There is a terrace with seating and a gas grill overlooking Ještěd.

The appartment is 70m2 total (1 bedroom is in the attic) and has a spacious about 60m2 terrace. Wellness centre, squash centre and gym in the building about 100m from the apartment (reconstruction in the wellness centre from 07/2025). Apartment is located in the area with another new buildings surrounded by forrest. It is on direct route to the Mumlava waterfall (5 mins).

Relax and feel the true magic of the mountains in the climatic interior. After the trip, take a break and read on a spacious window sill full of pillows or bask next to the fireplace. Relax in the very center of Szklarska (5 minutes walk to Lidl, 7 minutes to pubs and restaurants, close to the Jakuszyce route) in a fully equipped flat (fridge, dishwasher, stove, kitchen equipment, towels, TV, internet). Our small apartment is in a rural location. Walking, you can reach the Kottmar and the Spreequelle in 45 minutes. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly furnished and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a shared hallway. The staircase is a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

This two-story apartment features a cozy bedroom upstairs, providing privacy and a unique living experience. An extra bed is available to comfortably accommodate larger families or groups of friends. While our apartment has an old-world charm, it is meticulously clean and well-maintained to ensure a comfortable stay.

In the city center, bus stop to Bedrichov 20 meters. In Bedrichov a lots of opportunities for mountain biking in the summer or skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter. Accomodation available for single travelers, families with kids. Small pets are OK. Breakfast is included and it is served in the deli store Lahudky Vahala (downstairs, same building as the apartment).
