Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.

Small independent accommodation, ideal and above all functional for a short trip for two. It is part of a property bringing together 3 other properties including ours, in a quiet, family-friendly environment.
