A short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.

Small independent accommodation, ideal and above all functional for a short trip for two. It is part of a property bringing together 3 other properties including ours, in a quiet, family-friendly environment. The green spaces, the swimming pool (mid-April to end of September) and the outdoor Jacuzzi (extra charge) are shared between the different accommodations.
