We spent a very enjoyable week in Valerie's apartment. She and her husband welcomed us at the door even though our flight was delayed. A gift of brioche , orange juice and a locally produced aperitif was a nice touch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one could possibly need. it was really quiet in spite of being on the Quai which is a hive of activity. She replied to any communication within minutes. Highly recommended.

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

Very happy stay. The accommodation is impeccable, the location of the apartment is perfect and the explanations received to access the city center on foot or bike are very appreciable. Option to park the vehicle in the reserved courtyard but limited space. Lots of parking options nearby.

The apartment is very well located, at the foot of the Tour de la Lanterne, a stone's throw from the old port and 5 minutes from the beach of La Concurrence. The place is ideal for walking, cycling (self-service station nearby) and for taking the bus boats to the aquarium or the Port des Minimes. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the train station.

Perfect! Flexible check in and check out. Very good communication with Géraldine. Well-located accommodation close to shops (2 min walk) and the beach (5 min bike ride). We were there for the Ascension Bridge, and no worries finding a free parking space just steps from the house. I was a little worried about the noise of the passage, but no worries on that side either. In the end, very few cars pass in front of the house, they are mainly bicycles. The availability of bikes is a huge plus, as well as the mezzanine with children's games/books. A binder is provided with all the useful information. In short, a great stay!!

A house with great taste and charm, spacious and very functional. Close to all amenities: city center 3 min away with great shops and restaurants. We were a family with grandparents, children and grandchildren, everyone found their account in this cottage: small children thanks to the games of another time (arcade, foosball ...), adults by a vintage decor but a place suitable for a collective life ( kitchen, bedroom, bedding...). A satisfecit for the fridge of another time but very efficient!!!! In addition, this cottage is very well located: the sea is accessible on foot even for a three-year-old child. Very comfortable cottage in a quiet and beautiful environment. City center easily accessible on foot. Parking is easy around the cottage. Comfortable and very well located accommodation, 20 minutes walk from the old port of La Rochelle along the sea and 8 minutes from Port Neuf. Adapted and quality amenities Everything is provided. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Small confusion about the cleaning we are asked to do, while being charged on AirBnB.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!
