The Otter House is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean and organized. The view of the Suwanee River is breathtaking and can be seen beautifully from the house. We loved the fact that there is a wonderful restaurant called Treasure Camp close by, and even in within walking distance. The whole area is pristine and the most peaceful area that I have ever experienced. There is so much to do and it is close to several springs and to Cedar Key, and all of the people in the area are pleasant and kind. It is simply wonderful out there and I hope to be able to go often! Oh, and the beds are the most comfortable this side of heaven!!!

The house was as advertised and our Airbnb host was extremely attentive. I have family in the area, we were able to visit them easily and go to a few springs nearby. Viv made sure our stay was very comfortable.

Suwannee River Retreat was one of the best family vacations we have had! The home + dock + amenities are unmatched and it was the perfect getaway in nature for our family. The home's surroundings were beautiful- peaceful Suwannee River and nicely shaded yard. The dock was shaded most of the day, and was where we spent a good amount of time with some fishing and others kayaking. Our Easter 2025 weekend was so enjoyable and we're grateful for the memories made here. We will cherish this experience. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your lovely retreat with us <3 A few notes for future travelers- kitchen has all you need. We brought things in case and didn't end up needing them. We were even able to have a nice holiday meal with all the serving dishes. We enjoyed Fanning Springs State Park, Hart Springs county park, Nature Coast Trail - Suwannee River Bridge.

This is our 2nd stay and it was just a great as the first time. Francis is a super host and goes over and beyond what’s expected. This is a beautiful place inside and out, everything is 5 Star. We enjoyed every minute of the stay. It’s very close to Rainbow Springs State Park and that place is fun to visit. Dunnellion is a quiet little town and a nice visit. Go over to Crystal River and see the Mantees then come back to Relaxing Villas to relax. Have fun

We absolutely loved this stay! Maria really thought of everything. Whether it was charging stations, kitchen supplies, flashlights, or dog bowls.. one of our favorite air bnbs to date! The game room was very clean and organized. We played a mean game of family fusbol and had s’mores by the fire. Springs are super close and great food at local pup friendly restaurants on the water. Such a beautiful property and home. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed at Matt's Place and it didn't disappoint. It is exactly what he described in the details. We had our morning coffee on the pier to watch the beautiful sunrise and listen to nature waking up. Enjoyed some jacuzzi time and some BBQ. The Hammocks are a nice touch. Somehow I was under the impression it had a king or queens size bed, but the house is establish with 2 bunkbeds, which was perfectly fine and different. The location is sure "Nature pure" your are close to grocery stores and restaurants but when on the property it feels you are far away from everything. Kitchen was organized and equipped enough. We forgot charcoal but went to the local Publix to grab a bag...it was a very nice experience. Unique with the amenities Matt Offers...It was a warm welcome and easy access. Peaceful Oasis. We intentionally booked here because we knew the community was recovering from the 2024 hurricane. Heard amazing reviews about Cedar Key and it didn't disappoint. The community is strong in their recovery efforts and so appreciative of visitors. The locals are chill and very friendly. Enjoyed amazing seafood at Steamers (best chowder), delicious lattes/breakfast at the Prickly Palm (cutest vibe), incredible aerial views of the keys & Gulf of America (Cedar Key Island Air Tours/shout out to Pilot Bill!), beautiful sunsets at the point, and star gazing at night. Plenty to do in Cedar Key and walked to all of it. Did a few worthwhile day trips(Crystal River, Manatee State Park). Can't speak enough about our trip and HIGHLY recommend Creed's listing for two. Just as pristine as pictured and better. Amenities, linens, mattress, pillows and decor were high quality and very comfortable. The views from the private patio are the best around. 1000% would stay here again!

What a perfect place! Lots of traffic in the area and some run down houses nearby, but if you want to kayak and be near the confluence of both rivers and have a wonderful back porch that shuts all that out right on the river, then this is not an issue. Also, the Blue Run and Withlacoochee bike trail are just a short, quiet neighborhood ride away with just a very, very short bridge crossing in traffic across from Swampy's restaurant. Great little place in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself is beautiful. Looks like a dollhouse. The neighborhood is quaint. A step back in time. My only suggestion would be a couple of chairs for the cute little upstairs porch for stargazing.

We've been coking to Cedar Key a few times a year for the past 14 years. This was the first time we stayed on that side of the Island. The condo was wonderful, looking forward to booking it again.

Kristi's place is a nature lover's paradise. Birders bring your binoculars! I came for a peaceful relaxing getaway and this place delivered. I came in May and I was able to watch both the sunrise and sunset right from the balcony. Kristi's place is clean and had everything I needed to feel at home. Nestled up above the mangroves, I sat and watched various Florida sea birds glide by me - Roseate Spoonbills, Ibises, Ospreys, Herons and Egrets just to name a few. And I saw dolphins too! There's a dock on the propery where you can fish, and launch a kayak from the shore. This place is a real gem and Kristi is the perfect host. I'll definately be back!

I recently stayed at Pelican Vacation Home in Cedar Key, and it was an incredible experience! The stunning views of the Gulf and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect escape. The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The large deck quickly became our favorite spot for watching the sunrise and sunset, all while enjoying the ocean breeze. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the comfortable bedrooms ensured a restful stay. The location was ideal—just a short walk to Cedar Key’s quaint shops, restaurants, and the beach, yet still offering plenty of peace and quiet. We also enjoyed kayaking and exploring the local wildlife. The owners were wonderful—responsive and helpful from start to finish, making our stay seamless. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home and stunning views, I highly recommend Pelican Vacation Home. We can't wait to visit again!

We loved our weekend getaway here! Sitting on the deck was so peaceful. So many seabirds and we saw dolphins soon after we arrived. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and we enjoyed playing the games they had available. We rented a golf cart and drove around the island and just enjoyed the peaceful scenery of Cedar Key. Ken and Marylee were fantastic with communication from start to finish. We would absolutely stay at their condo again on our next trip to Cedar Key.

Amazing place to contemplate the nature. Beautiful views! Our family love to seat at the balcony and watch the birds flying around. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. We didn’t used the kitchen since it was Mother’s Day weekend and I didn’t want spend time in the kitchen, also we wanted to try the restaurants in the island and help with the economy of this beautiful place. The condo is walkable to a lot of places. Lovely place to stay.

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

This little place was perfect for what we were after. We wanted to be right on the water and have the ability to have a slip for our JetSki.
