These are great hosts. I booked several stays as I was re-locating to the area. They are responsive and the place is clean and cozy. They also have snacks for after a long day of travel and the location is safe and convenient.

The place was spotless. Extremely comfortable bed! I slept great! I didn't use the sofa so can't speak to that. A little traffic noise during rush hour, but nothing horrible. The location is excellent! Super easy to get to, and easy access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and I-5. Laura responded very quickly and was a pleasure to communicate with. The place has a friendly, welcoming vibe. I would happily stay there again.

This place was great! Great location, felt safe and clean. Also close enough to the freeway that we could get anywhere we wanted. Everything was clean and exactly like described. Would stay here again, 10/10.

Roger and Kari's place was a home away from home for our family with three small children. The place was well accommodating to littles with access to child furniture (pack and play, high chair, etc) and was child proofed as well. The quiet inside and outside was much appreciated as a place to get away from all the San Diego/CA exploring! Roger and Kari were very responsive and understanding to the unpredictable life with our kiddos. Thanks for a great week!

The host was great. Nice clean place. Nice neighborhood. Private entrance. Awesome host that was very friendly and welcoming. They even had my name outside the door that said “Welcome Michelle”. Traveling from Indiana to California and to stay at such a nice place was awesome. Melissa was even flexible with my check out time as my flight departed at a later time than I expected. If you want to stay at an awesome place that feels like home away from home, stay here!!!

We had a wonderful stay! Greg and Leslie were so welcoming and kind and their home is beautiful and very enjoyable. Hope to be back again soon.

It was great to have a host like Heather that was proactive and responsive. It was a comfortable, clean space. I would have hope to hang around our place more, but had lots of plans. It was nice to come to Heather’s place at the end of a long day. If you’re gonna be in Encinitas, Heather will take care of you.

Will and Janine see such gracious and mellow hosts. Their place and the surroundings are stunning and the lodging is a wonderful space for relaxation and restoration. The pool area and sunshine were just what we needed. The kitchen area is small but well-appointed. it being a pet friendly space was much appreciated. Don't get us started on the bathroom! While it's a shared wall with their part of the house, we never lacked for privacy. Lastly, the value for what you pay is top tier. Highly recommended and we hope to return next time we're in San Diego!

It was actually super nice stay and peaceful. You can hear some noises from down below the house, but it makes sense. The area was really nice with a nice view for sunset and sunrise. Corine was also very response with all my questions which helped me plan my trip and stay accordingly. I would definitely stay here again in the future :)

Anja’s place was in a quiet area, very close to many things! It was clean and well kept, everything we needed was provided. She was an excellent host, responsive to our messages and thoughtful in asking if we needed anything!

Second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time. Great location and plenty of space for myself and my two kids. Definitely will continue booking here!

Amanda’s place was so cute. It was nice and cozy and we loved the special designer touches. It’s private but near within driving distance to many places in San Diego. We enjoyed our stay!

We were in town for 2 nights to visit our daughter. The space was exactly as shown in the photos and described in the listing. It was very clean and comfortable. Communication was great. The small fridge was stocked with bottled water, which we really appreciated. The guest suite is ideally located for access to all that San Diego has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We enjoyed sitting on the little patio out front in the morning. Would definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter.

Very cool unique spot loved the bathroom shower pebble floor and stone work. I’m a master plumber and appreciate unique bathrooms lol. While place had a castle suite feel to it and there’s a chunky grey/white cat that’s very friendly and likes long slow back strokes

Alessandra and Chad’s place was comfortable, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. They were welcoming hosts and that made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! I absolutely recommend a stay here, fantastic experience all around

Alexandra was a very wonderful and gracious host. They had a sign up for the occasion we were celebrating in San Diego for and gave us easy to follow instructions before and during our stay. Place felt like home and it wasn't too small or too big. They have pretty much everything covered for your stay. Would definitely recommend and stay at again.

My husband and I loved our stay in at Barbara and Randy’s place. The apartment is very clean, private, spacious, and was equipped with everything we needed and more. The location is wonderful, close to everything, beach, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store (I definitely recommend a car). Barbara was quick with txts and very sweet. We wished we could’ve stayed longer.

This was the perfect little one bedroom for my son and I. Great bathroom. Great to have the washer and dryer. Fun outdoor area in cute elevated neighborhood. Kitchen with every utensil, pan, bowl, etc you could need. Very clean. Great Wi-Fi.

Agave Cottage is truly a hidden, quiet, beautiful place. It is exactly as described in all information and sparkling clean! We hope to stay there again.

I felt fortunate to find this place after needing last minute accommodations before moving back into our home. It was near our school, neighborhood and businesses we frequent. Luan was very responsive when I reached out and continued to check in during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised that the washer and dryer were full size, which looked smaller in the photos. And the fridge and freezer easily fit the food we had to transport back to our home. As a family of four, we split up between the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. There were ample towels, sheets and pillows for all of us.

Excellent stay and wonderful communication. Respects privacy while maintaining an environment where help if needed is easily communicated. Would stay again. Thank you very much.

This little guest room was a great place for me to stay while in town for work. Your own private entrance, your own private bathroom, plus access to the laundry services and off street parking if needed! I definitely appreciated the parking aspect, as I was bringing a unique vehicle to town and wanted to try and safeguard it as much as possible.

one of the best places i’ve stayed in san diego! if you’re fine not being super close to the beach, it’s the perfect spot. not a far drive from anywhere and super easy to get in & out of.
