Just the perfect spot for our trip!! We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was beautiful and people were so so nice!! We really enjoyed the hottub and the pool, it wasn’t busy at all. The location was perfect for us considering we didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere. So close to the beach and to the harbour. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat!!

We enjoyed our stay here very much!Checking in was seamless as the instructions were very helpful. The photos look exactly like the place, it’s very clean, and you have everything you need to feel right at home- even parking. We did experience a noisy neighbor but the host responded immediately to address it and we were able to continue to enjoy our stay. I would definitely book again! It was the perfect place for my little family.

Place was wonderful. Check in was ok. Directions was confusing around the place and map was not to helpful at all. Steven was great w/ communication.

Loved staying here a second time! Make sure you drop people off/unload in front of the unit to avoid making others wait to park and don’t get a giant car - the garages are a tight fit like everywhere else in mission beach.

Very very homey and beautiful stay for a getaway in SD. It’s walking distance from almost all the cool spots in the city. Host was immensely attentive and responded almost immediately to any of my questions, personally the best host we’ve ever had. Only hurdle to be aware of is the parking, then again you’re across the street from petco park so it’s expected. But besides that our stay was perfect. definitely would stay again for the view alone!, everything is just a plus :)

Very nice, safe location! Exactly as represented. It was very clean, well stocked, and easy to check in. We also really liked the beds, which is rare for us in a vacation home. JB was quick to respond with any questions. Enjoyed watching the surfers, dolphins, and sunsets from the balcony. Would highly recommend!

Had a great stay, location was perfect and within walking range of many restaurants. Only downside was finding parking, had pay for a nearby parking garage but other than that it was fantastic.

We LOVED OUR STAY! The condo, small but spacious and complete with amenities you need! Special shoutout for the bag of white cheddar popcorn to snack on! Much thanks! We walked to the harbor across the bridge, and every kind of food was available! We had lattes at the Natural Bean and yummy fish n chips for lunch, a few steps away! The condo was warm, and cozy for a chilly spring evening, great location. Beautiful surroundings and the view was great! They had towels, chairs and boogie boards if you want to lay for hours on the beach, which is steps away! We felt safe and rested…two HUGE requirements for a vacay! Thanks for everything!

Mindy was SO responsive and helpful. She was flexible when we had a last minute change in plans and super communicative. Honestly just an amazing host. We have stayed in north coast village before and were confused--this time directions and the guide she provided beforehand made everything SUCH a breeze! The place was nicely decorated and in a great location. The beds were also super comfy and my kids slept wonderfully. Overall super cute everything in the condo. I was not expecting all the amenities to be what they were, but Mindy's place had everything you would need and more. Had I paid closer attention to her notes, I would have realized I definitely did not need to pack all the beach stuff I did. We didn't use their items, but it would have made everything easier and I could have packed half as much beforehand. Would definitely recommend this spot and stay again if we're back next year!

We have had an amazing and wonderful time staying here. It is so close to the beach and we are allowed to borrow all the beach equipment which is awesome. Joseph is certainly accommodating our needs and very responsive. He allowed us to stay late which we we able to enjoy more Oceanside. Highly recommended and definitely would come back.

This is our third year staying at Diana’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect, the condo itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. One of the highlights for us is the stunning view from the balcony. Diana is a fantastic host, always easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions.

We've just returned from a 3 week stay at this beachfront condo with many happy memories. Kirsty is an amazing host and responded to our many questions within minutes. The condo is exactly as described, bright, clean, comfortably-appointed and with elevated panoramic views of the beach. We spent many afternoons/evenings sitting on the balcony watching the waves, surfers and sunset with easy access to the massive fridge-freezer with "cold refreshments" and ice cream. The complex is well-maintained and the long-term residents take pride picking-up any litter and tidying the communal areas, in advance of the maintenance team. The main pool is heated and quiet, though there are often BBQs in the late afternoon/early evening. The condo is ideally located at the north end of Solano Beach close to the inlet with Del Mar. It's an easy walk to the shops and the Bangkok Bay restaurant, which we also highly recommend, is only one block away. We are looking at dates to return next year :-)

We LOVED this place! Baby items along with all of the beach supplies made our visit so much easier! Spent our mornings eating breakfast on the patio with the ocean view (my toddler demanded it every morning) and the days walking to the beach and surrounding areas. Great location, great space, nice grounds/property. We would definitely stay here again!

Imran was very communitive and always responded very promptly. His home was beautifully remodeled and there was plenty of room for my family if 4. It was just steps away from the beach and 10 minutes walking distance to the harbor and restaurants. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful vacation spot!

This house worked out great for our family for SDSU graduation. It had a beautiful view and well stocked.

Johns place was perfect for our family of 4. He was very responsive when I had any questions and helpful with anything we needed! The house was clean and cozy. We will be back next time we are in San Diego!

This is one of our favorite townhouse among all the Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! 1. It’s very quiet and located in a gated community, which feels safe. 2. It’s close to the ocean. You can’t see the sea directly, but it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. 3. The house is super comfortable and beautiful! The host provided almost everything we needed, which made our stay very convenient—we really appreciated that. 4. The community is lovely, with swimming pools and a large ocean-facing lounge. 5. The location is convenient. Although it’s in North San Diego, it’s only 6 minutes to Del Mar beach park and 30 minutes to the south. The only inconvenience: the host requires guests to wash all towels or pay a $100 fine. This meant we had to start doing laundry the day before check-out. Since check-out is at 10 AM and we also needed to clean the kitchen, we were rushing to wash and dry towels in the morning. This was not convenient. Everything else is very good!

This home was perfect for our family beach vacation. Everything was clean, it felt like a home, had everything we needed, and best of all it was close to EVERYTHING. 5 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, stores and a 10 minute walk to the beach. I loved the layout of the home and having all the bedrooms on the same floor, as well as a out door disco in every floor. 10/10 would recommend.

This house was a amazing, my kiddo did not want to leave! Perfect for the kids- thank you, Armando! House was clean, organized and had everything I needed for the whole weekend. Truly felt at home.

Kevin's cottage was the perfect place to stay in San Diego. I loved the back patio surrounded by flowers and fruit trees. The home was a fitting Shabby Chic style, immaculate and comfortable for one or two guests. Kevin communicates very quickly and is right there in the neighborhood to help if needed. The surrounding neighborhood is comfortable to walk around. I will certainly seek another visit at Kevin's cottage when I return to San Diego.

Wonderful hosts! The place is big and had all the activities for a fun time! Heating pool is a bit pricey, however jacuzzi is free of charge. Rooms are big and squeaky clean. Game room was great! Overall home is very spacious and had a full equipped kitchen :). Had a great time here on our golf trip!

Our family had an amazing time. Perfect place to spend family time together. The rooftop outdoor space was a favorite spot for all of us. Convenient location. Quick walk to Bay and good local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
