A glass patio allows you to enjoy the surrounding beauty of nature from the comfort of the interior. Here you can enjoy a morning coffee or a romantic dinner. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill. And wellness? In our outdoor year-round outdoor hot tub, you'll forget all your worries!

Villa Larix – Full wooden house directly on the nature - lake

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

At your disposal we offer a functional and cozy studio with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. The property is located in a quiet district of Świeradowa-Zdrój, Czerniawie-Zdrój, near Singletrack. The studio has a private entrance and a separate terrace. Our mini-apartment will be a great choice for people who value peace and independence.

i invite you to a couple's house. This small space is filled with the smell of wood and growing around shrubs and pines. Regular guests of the surrounding fields are deer and a large number of different bird species. Unlimited internet access on site. Highly recommend !!!
