Amazing accommodation , great and peaceful location right next to the beach. The house itself was very comfortable, everything we needed was there . I personally loved the outdoor spaces . There is a great outdoor kitchen in the back and nice outdoor chilling zone forwards. It’s great for children and dogs also, because you can close up the space and be relaxed. 100% recommended

We were able to stay in this quietly located, beautiful and perfectly equipped house for a few weeks. From start to finish, everything was extremely pleasant. Viola welcomed us and explained everything. She was always available and very helpful. When there was a small problem with the water, it was fixed immediately. Since we were there in winter, we enjoyed the central heating very much, especially in the evening. Our dog also felt comfortable. The garden is gravelled (no lawn) and walled all around, so our dog could sniff and sunbathe without supervision. We highly recommend the house to anyone.

We were a party of 6, 4 adults and 2 children aged 6 & 4. The villa suited us all very well, with us grandparents sleeping downstairs. It was also well equipped, very clean and we loved the homely touches. The surrounding garden was beautifully laid out on different levels, with a BBQ, gorgeous flowers, plants and seating areas. The pool was perfect for the 6 of us. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening, enjoying the views over Benitachell. We enjoy coming to the Javea/Moraira area and this was a perfect location, in between the two towns, in a quiet, residential area. Thank you Nina & Cleo, we had a lovely week in your beautiful villa.
