Directly on the banks of the Loisach, in a quiet location in the district of Garmisch and with a magnificent view of the Zugspitze massif. Numerous hiking trails and the Classic ski area can be reached in a few minutes, as well as the bus stop of the local bus, nearby supermarkets or the bakery. In 5 minutes on foot you can also reach the Loisachbad with a large playground for children and leisure facilities.

Lehner Schlössl is located in the picturesque village of Leutasch, surrounded by beautiful nature and yet only a stone's throw away from the village center. It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.

Haus Maria Theresia is a detached house located on the edge of Ehrwald, towards Lermoos, in the middle of the Zugspitz Arena ski area. This area is extremely suitable both skiers, cross-country skiers, hikers and families with kids. This sunny spot has beautiful views over the Moosdal and has ample parking in front of the door. Close to Ehrwald station, ski bus stop 5 minutes away.
