This lovingly furnished room with balcony offers you a perfect mix of comfort and simplicity – ideal for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. From the front door you can start directly into nature – whether hiking, ski touring, climbing or simply walking. You can also quickly reach the Bergeralm ski resort. For a relaxing break, our café with a small terrace and mountain views invites you.

We are delighted to introduce our double room "Heuboden", which features a comfortable box-spring bed, a small kitchenette, and a bright, naturally lit bathroom. A special highlight is the south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a stunning mountain view – the perfect spot to relax. For a truly enjoyable stay, you can pre-order our breakfast service with fresh bread rolls. Additionally, fresh beverages and eggs are available in the guesthouse refrigerator.

Standard Plus Maximilian

Measuring 50-60 m², the standard Maximilian apartments are our smallest category with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sofa with a sleeping function and an additional lounge chair for relaxing. A cozy bedroom with box-spring bed and a spacious bathroom with walk-in rain shower complete the feel-good factor. The apartments are available in different designs and orientations (south, west or north) and are also available for single use on request.

STUBAI SUPER CARD INCLUDED! Just a 3-minute walk from the village square of Neustift is the apartment house Dorf.Apart. Our fully equipped apartments offer enough space for the perfect relaxation in the Tyrolean mountains. The practically furnished apartments at the Dorf.Apart feature a kitchenette and free Wi-Fi. We have ample parking space for our guests. Breakfast is possible at an extra charge (€15.00 per person) in our village café!

We offer a cozy triple room in Kaufbeuren, ideal for couples, friends, or small families. The rooms are located on the ground floor, 1st floor, or 2nd floor. Please note: We cannot guarantee a specific floor, as room allocation is subject to availability. Important note: As much as we love dogs, pets are unfortunately not allowed in this room. Due to several negative experiences in the past, we have introduced this rule.
