The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. New!!! Since May May 2025!! We have built an exclusive design suite for you with panoramic views of the Zugspitze for 2-3 people on 48 m². This is where alpine charm meets modern comfort. The open, bright interior design makes the suite a perfect place to enjoy. A special highlight is the freestanding bathtub, from which you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Zugspitze massif. The apartment is located in the former Jagdschlössl, Ansitz Felsenheim.

Our apartment house is in a quiet, yet central and most beautiful location of Lermoos. Right next to our house is the ski slope and the start of many hiking or biking trails. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area and a private bathroom. Of our 4 apartments, three have a private terrace and one apartment has a spacious balcony. Parking is available for each apartment and there is also a ski/bike storage room.

In summer, hiking and walking trails are very close by.
