Clean and well decorated accommodation, located on the beautiful island of Sommarøy with its crystal clear waters. Possibility of walking hikes from the house. Accommodation matches the description but kitchen and a bedroom a little small for 4 adults. However on this beautiful island it is hard to find better.

Lena's apartment has cosy interior and a well equipped kitchen. The apartment was really clean and the Check-In was easy. Lena is a friendly and helpful host, she even drove us to the bus stop with our luggage due to a lot of snow in the morning. We recommend staying with Lena.

An absolute Gem of a place in Tromso! Easily walkable to the city centre (15 minutes at most, even in the snow). The added parking space for a car was brilliant. The place is cosy and just what you needed after a day exploring the city. Even though the place is attached to the main house we didn't hear anything and felt like we had our own private space. Great host, great communication and would definitely recommend if in Tromso for a couple of nights. Thank you.

Central to the city center, about 25 minute walk downhill from the apartment to the city. The apartment is cozy small, modern and equipped with everything you need. Would book again :-)

Easy access by bus. Arild and Frida had mentioned everything (bus stop and walking distance). The apartment is small but very functional and very pleasant with very good value for money. We were very well received by Arild on our late arrival. We found Arild very friendly but since we speak very little English we were unable to talk for long. We will keep this address for a future stay.

We were 6 kids (15-19) and 5 adults and the house was perfect. The adults on the first floor, the kids under the roof had their realm. In the living/dining room there was enough space to chill and play. The kitchen was large and well-stocked for this group. The location was great to reach from the airport, the bus stopped less than 5 minutes away, behind the house was the direct access to the mountain and the cross-country ski trail. And most importantly: Anette was super helpful, always very quick to reach and nice. Conclusion: a great house, which gave us a wonderful Arctic adventure and a superhost (actually 6 stars)

Very nice and clean accommodation. The landscape is very peaceful. The host is friendly and really very responsive to messages. We didn't miss anything. If we come back to this area we would rent this place again without hesitation!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was updated and had everything we needed and even some things we didn’t know we needed, like snowshoes! Evelyn and Jim told us when the lights were visible and the house was a perfect place to see them.

Truly an amazing experience at Thomas’s house. It embodies the spirit of a typical, authentic and cozy norwegian hytte with everything you need, add to that the view over the fjords and the sauna in the backyard and you’ll feel like in a Hallmark movie during Christmas. We also saw the Northern Lights from the cabin 2 nights in a row. The communication with the hosts was very easy and efficient. I truly recommend it to anyone loving nature, peace and quiet :)

We enjoyed our stay. The house is really welcoming and comfortable. The hosts lived in the apartment below but remained very discreet. The view from the living room and bedrooms is really beautiful from the morning until the small evening lights. The house is very well equipped as if we were at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Gunnar's apartment - what a view! The apartment is on two floors, spacious, well equipped and lovely and warm. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from the outside deck. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and it's an easy 20 minute walk into the main area of town for bars, restaurants and museums. It's an 8 minute walk to Polaria bus stop for the 42 bus to the airport. We highly recommend.

Phailin's place was beautiful. the location was superb with a great view. There is a supermarket very close by and the bus stop is very close as well. The connectivity to the main city and airport was very very good. The place was exactly as described, and had all the amenities. Phailin was very helpful and responsive. She had stocked up the kitchen well and we could have a good meal easily. we had a great time. we were traveling with two small kids and Phailin's place was perfect for us

This is an absolutely wonderful apartment, our warmest little home in Tromsø! 1. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. We can do laundry and cook. The heating is very warm and the bed is large and soft, so we slept very well. Every day when we came back from outside, we felt extremely relaxed. 2. The location is also great. There is a bus stop right at the entrance of the community. It only takes two stops to get to the city center. The community is close to the port, and you can see very beautiful fjord scenery. The residents of the community are also very friendly and it's very safe. 3. The landlord is very friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions. He also allowed us to check out late so that we could have a good rest. I highly recommend everyone who comes to Tromsø to stay here!!!

Lovely place , beautiful surroundings and very clean. Great bus routes and connections to explore. Wish we had stayed longer.

Organized, clean, well-equipped apartment, beautiful, with good location and a wonderful view. The very attentive host. Without a doubt, an excellent choice.

let me tell you what Rigmore doesn't 1. incredible living area to look outside and just a deep breath 2. fully equipped kitchen where u can cook if u want to 3. amazing view by the bed to wake up to 4. games to enjoy as a couple or family 5. Netflix and other OTT platforms if u want to enjoy a day in 6. very very clean 7. accessible to city center by bus 33 and 34 in 2-3 mins 8. not one, but two supermarkets nearby 9. very responsive and friendly host who genuinely cares about your experience not once did I feel that I wasn't home. In exchange for the great space, Rigmore has 2-3 very simple requests for her guests before they leave which should be done out of courtesy anyway... we lost track of time and stayed a few mins extra at her home and ended up meeting her too. she was very kind and accommodating about that too!

A beautiful place so stay. The apartment was lovely, stylish and comfortable, and the island so peaceful.

Entering Kai-Andre's place I felt like I was walking into my own home. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Cleaning products, coffee and tea, shower gels and shampoos, etc. The kitchen is very well equipped and nothing is missing, which was important for us, who like to cook our own food!! There isn't a washing machine, as far as I could tell. Admittedly, I never asked for it, since we didn't really need it. The house is very warm, especially the bathroom floor, where I loved warming up my feet upon returning from skiing! Kai-Andre is very friendly and super responsive, should you need anything from him. He gave us helpful info to get transport into town and always replied to my texts within minutes. The location was ideal for us, who were not interested in being in the city centre. Catching a bus couldn't be easier, as you only need to walk across the road to the bus stop! What else can I say? I'd love to visit this place again, and hopefully to stay at Kai-Andre's place!

Host easily reachable. Small apartment easy to access, comfortable and functional, close to the center of Tromso (a few minutes walk), in a nice neighborhood.

The apartment is ideally located, a 10-minute walk from the city center, underground parking space which is a real plus (not easy to park on the street and parking is expensive). Supermarket next door. The apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped and very clean. You feel at home there quickly! The balcony with its small sofa is an ideal observation point for the northern lights, we saw them every night! June is very accommodating and responsive: our flight was very late and we arrived in the middle of the night, she found a solution so that we could easily pick up the keys and also access the garage.
