Lillestua is from the 1800s and was moved to the property in 1924 as a farmhouse. The living room has been renovated with a simple kitchen and living room on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. There is no running water in Lillestua. Bathroom and fully equipped kitchen are located in the basement of the main house. There is a steep and narrow staircase/ladder up to the second floor, and the windows in the bedrooms are somewhat smaller than today's standard for evacuation. There is also low ceiling height.
