Located in a quiet neighborhood; this cozy 1 bed 1 bath is a complete remodel only 3 miles away from the beach and walking distance to Dearborn street. This unit (B) is part of a duplex with separate entrance on the side. This unit can easily sleep 3 with a full size bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a shared driveway and a shared laundry room with washer and dryer with a separate entrance on the property. No events allowed.

Custom built large home only 2.5 blocks to Manasota Beach. Most guests walk and a beach wagon(pull behind for beach gear)is provided. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Venice and Englewood. Very large and private lot with beautiful mature palms! The home has tray and soaring vaulted ceilings. The whole home opens up onto the pool area with sliders in every room. The bedrooms are configured in a split style with the very large master suite being totally private.

This is a comfortable 2 bedroom home in a very friendly community close to beaches, boating, dining and shopping. It is situated approximately half way between downtown Venice and Englewood. For you boaters, there is a public launch ramp on the intracoastal waterway less than 2 miles away. There is plenty of room in the garage to store your bikes, kayaks or both. Tired of laying on the beach? There are lots of nice parks to visit, all within a short drive from this house.

This is a ranch that has two separate units. One unit in the front, one in the back of the house. You can rent one unit or both. Each has two bedrooms and 1 Full Bathroom. The private beach is located just across the street. At the end of the street are restaurants with nightly entertainment, fun for all ages. If you are looking for other things to do, Venice Beach, Sarasota and Punta Gorda are only a 25 min drive. Ft. Myers is a 1 hour drive. Public pool minutes away.
