Villa vacation rentals in Lemon Bay

My boyfriend and I were extremely pleased with this location. It had everything we needed and more. We always took the Frog Hop to and from the village. The access to the pool and beach was an easy walk. The beach was not crowded and was the perfect distance away from the main crowd. If I ever travel back to Siesta Key, I will absolutely be staying in the same location.

The house we rented was clean and tidy. Kristina is an attentive hostess who has provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She quickly answered questions and resolved some questions that arose. We are grateful for the vacation spent at Kristina's house.

This was one of the BEST air b&b’s I have stayed at in Sarasota so far!! Aside from the beautiful weather Inas home was very clean, and had all the amenities needed!! The pictures look exactly like what her home has to offer. She was very responsive and kind. We asked for the pool heated for the extra daily charge and she did it immediately! Very close and convenient to all grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. About a 10 minute ride to beautiful siesta key beach. I give 10 Stars !!! Highly recommend!! Thank you Ina for hosting us and we hope to be back soon !!!! For the next guests enjoy!!

The Port Charlotte home has a charming view of a small lake from the enclosed screen area surrounding the pool. It was a nice place to sit and read, and see various birds, including pelicans and flocks of cormorants (I believe). Two things to mention: There is an additional charge of $25 per day to heat the pool, payable directly to the owners. We understand that other owners do this as well but seems a bit strange. The suggested payment mechanisms are not available to non-US residents. The cooktop is an induction model; those not familiar with this type of appliance may wish to look it up in advance since there are no instructions for the rather obscure icons. There were some inconsistencies between the long pre-stay messages on rules and those in the on-site book.

Colleen’s accommodations included all the comforts of home. We truly enjoyed our 8 day stay. Colleen is a great host and we highly recommend doing business with her.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandra’s beautiful home and really feel lucky….as well as blessed to have spent a month there! We loved our daily routine starting with walks in the quiet neighborhood and later relaxing by the pool. We visited our favorite beach on Boca Grande several times….with many gorgeous sunsets! If you are lucky enough to spend any time at Sandra’s I’m positive you’ll feel the same. The location is excellent for any day trips you may want to take. The house itself is very comfortable….and rest assured you won’t find anything she has forgotten! We are hoping to stay again…for now we’ve got great memories!!

We had the most fantastic stay at Palm Villa. From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen wisely! The property was spotlessly clean, with every amenity you could reasonably expect to find. We have stayed in numerous properties in this part of Florida and we have found our new favourite. The pool area in particular is a real gem - with no near neighbours and an outlook into a wooden area that’s teaming with local wildlife every day was gloriously relaxing and peaceful. Sabina was a wonderful host, keen to ensure that we had everything we needed but equally happy to allow us to unwind and make the most our time in the villa. We very much hope to return.

Pavelsplace was beautiful and spacious and served our family’s need perfectly. We flew in for my dads funeral and there were 11 of us staying there. 6 adults and 5 children. We never felt crowded and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The host was super responsive and respectful. Definitely recommend this to anyone with a large group.

10/10 Absolutely loved Dave’s place! Honestly the best stocked out house we’ve ever stayed in. house was clean and functional. It was great for our 3 family group of 12. (6 kids & 6 adults) We easily fit 2 boats (22ft bay boat & 25 ft offshore boat) on the seawall at Dave’s house. The outdoor living spaces were the best. We spent the majority of our 6 days outside on the pool deck. The pool was great, we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Dave was super quick to answer any questions and resolve a little issue we had. The beds were cozy. Plenty of bathrooms which was great since we had 12 people in our group. Huge island in the kitchen, and plenty of places to sit and eat. It was very comfortable even with so many people. You can’t beat the location. Just a few minutes to Stumps Pass by boat. A little bit longer you can be to LGI or Cayo Costa. We would absolutely rent Dave’s place again

Alex was very professional and promptly addressed any issues we had. By issues I mean, getting us more towels and fixing the pool where it was losing water. Would definitely recommend this place!

Fabulous location…pathway leads right to the beach. Lovely and quiet house well manicured and comfortable. Great new appliances in the basic kitchen. Looking forward to returning!!

Great home for a group…we especially enjoyed the pool, kitchen and shuffle board table!

We had a great vacation at Joe's place! It was super convenient to get to and close to Costco and grocery stores. The house was in great condition, and lots of fun for the family! The house is on Crescent Beach, which is beautiful. There were beach towels, chairs and a wagon. The public beach access is about a half a mile walk from the home. You are not able to access the beach across the street because of private condos with gated entrances. That is the most difficult thing about a lot of Florida beaches. We would happily return to this house again! The neighborhood was quiet and well-maintained!

We chose this listing because we needed accommodations for 10 family members gathering to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The house was super clean and comfortable. I couldn’t think of one thing that was not provided. I am super picky about cleanliness and I was thrilled to see how clean everything was. The host was very accommodating as well, our flight was a little earlier than expected and I reached out to Viktoria and Vadim and they allowed us to check in early. Wonderful accommodations!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated having the beach gear, including a wagon the transport everything. Very convenient! Beautiful beaches within 30 minutes. Wellen Park and Warm Mineral Springs worth checking out! Irina was very responsive. Pool temp was a little cooler than our comfort level and some of the outdoor things are a bit warn (basketball hoop broken, pool floats, etc.). Other than that the place was just perfect! Highly recommend!

This home is absolutely stunning if you’re looking for a getaway with your family or evening another couple. The home is very spacious, the pool is absolutely stunning and perfect and the beach is just a short drive away! Very local to many things! Bonnie was so sweet and quick to respond to whatever we needed! Would recommend this place to anyone !

Family of four traveled to South Florida for the first time for spring break. We had an incredible time, location of the house is close enough to some beautiful beaches and cute little towns. The house itself is everything the description says. Very spacious and comfortable…the pool was a huge plus for my daughters, the water was very clean and warm. We loved the screened in porch, ate many of our meals out there and didn’t have to worry about bugs bothering us. We LOVED our stay at Yeb and Lubas place and will definitely come back!

The home was very nice and as described. Very peaceful especially sitting by the pool and watching the canal. It is about 10 minutes from activities but it was perfect for us

Given the circumstances, the house and its amenities were more than adequate. Very clean and well-stocked (especially the kitchen items and towels). This was not a vacation. We were dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Ian that damaged our family home and the sudden death of our mother. This also affected our stay Rotunda West due to the damage repair to the neighborhood and the lack of street signs because they were blown over. A GPS is very helpful in this neighborhood. Aside from being almost 30 minutes from town, we were very comfortable at the location. The owner sent us emails to alert us when people were coming to spray for bugs or look at the roof damage. The people that were the contact folks were responsive.

The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious! we brought our 3 dogs and the fenced yard was such a plus! the ppol is beautiful and we loved the solar heating, we were swimming on new years eve!!! I also love that they dont throw away everything in between stays, like flour, papaer plates, things like that! so we left some things as well maybe the next person just might need in the kitchen! Me and my family had an amazing holiday and we will definitely be returning! (Hopefully)

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS HOME! Loved the interior design and the pool was clean and amazing. Private backyard! Host was very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend this stay!
