Cottage vacation rentals in Lemon Bay

Marc and Dave were incredible. They were responsive and proactive! I will definitely be back. We had a family of 7 and even though it was small, we were comfortable. The bikes were an added bonus and amazing to use for our trips to the Daiquiri Deck! Although the weather didn’t cooperate we still had an amazing time and would 10000% recommend this place. Traveling with 5 kids can be stressful and they made accommodations seamless!

We had a great trip and loved our stay at the cottage! There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and our dog. The cottage was well stocked with everything you may need. We also liked that there were no stairs. The courtyard was very pretty and had games set up. It was a short, pleasant walk to Crescent Beach, our favorite beach in the area. It’s beautiful, less crowded than Siesta Beach, and a great spot for shelling. During low tide we were able to get to Point of Rocks and that area is so beautiful! Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom had a generous supply of plush towels. Danil and David were great to work with. I would return again.

Inside, every detail felt outstanding—from the freshly laundered linens and plush towels to the fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. Madeline’s communication was first-class, offering clear check-in instructions and local recommendations that turned our weekend into a seamless escape. Every little touch—from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the thoughtful supply of beach chairs and umbrellas—was superior… the gold standard of hospitality. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for more: just a quick four-minute stroll to Crescent Beach’s powdery white sands, turquoise blue water and deep red, yellow and orange sunsets. Within steps you’ll find a lineup of dining options—fresh seafood at waterfront restaurants, laid-back bars serving sunset cocktails, and cozy cafés perfect for post-beach coffee. In every way, our stay was awesome!

Marc is the owner of the property, but Dave, the property manager, is the real MVP. I’ve never met the man in person, but I can tell you—Dave isn’t built like the rest. I am a director in sales, (had the fam tag along for my meeting in sarasota) and I’d hire him in a heartbeat. His attention to detail and proactive communication were honestly next level. The morning of our arrival, Dave reached out to let us know the crew had finished cleaning early and offered us an early check-in—which was a huge win with kids who were antsy to get to the beach. Then, without any prompting, he followed up on our departure day to offer a late checkout. We had an early flight and couldn’t take advantage of it, but the offer alone speaks volumes about his thoughtfulness. The place itself had everything: bikes, cornhole, table tennis—and even pool floats that were awesome to use in the ocean, too! It was a perfect little spot to spend quality time with my family. Dave took good care of us during our stay. There were a few minor issues but Dave was responsive and quick to get things replaced/fixed. We were in contact throughout the week, which was great. We loved having the bikes and the beach supplies. Pool volleyball and ping pong were a huge hit! We will definitely be coming back next year for our annual family vacation. Marc is easy to get ahold of, informative and helpful. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a few minor issues which were no fault of the owner. It was handled quickly without any issues. We had 2 of the cottages for our group so we had the pool to ourselves. It was perfect for our group of 10. Even though it is not walkable to the village, the Frog Hop picked us up and dropped us off right at our front door and we never waited long once we called them. We had the perfect stay! Thank you!

Easy check in and check out. Very private space and very secure with the security gate. Felt right at home! My friend and I have stayed here multiple times and it’s great every time!

Amazing location, we were in walking distance of the downtown & the beach. The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and had everything we needed. Chairs, a cooler and a beach wagon was provided for our beach trips as well. The sunsets on Seista Key Beach were beautiful. We had some wonderful meals at the local spots, it’s a great place to relax and unwind, very laidback. The host Mark was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back in the future.

Loved this place! Will be returning, home was clean and stocked, perfect location. Very close drive to beaches and restaurants. It is a 35 minute walk to the beach and the internet connection was spotty but still a great place to stay!

By far the most relaxing vacation our family has taken. The home is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. The host's style and decor are just perfect for a cool beachy vibe which adds to the whole experience of being on LGI. Hosts were extremely accommodating during our stay. We cannot wait to return! ☀️

Michele’s place was the perfect place for my husband and myself. The house was very clean and comfortable. We brought our boat and rented Michele’s golf cart. Michele’s instructions for docking our boat and using the cart was helpful and precise. Michele was very flexible and gracious when we asked to arrive a day earlier. We very much enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again and recommend her place to others.

Very pleasant and peaceful property. I loved the place. very comfortable beds ,linens, and pillows. I used a kayak and the firepit every day I was there. Very close to the Peace river and tours. Definitely would recommend to friends and I'll be back.

Amy is a terrific host and always on hand with local suggestions, additionally to the comprehensive package at the property. The property itself is in an amazing location, with just a 60 second walk to the beach and bath like sea! To help, Amy provides all the kit needed for the beach with chairs, parasols and towels easily to hand. The kitchen is great with all cooking implements you need and the living room has a massive TV with all the required streaming services logged in. I would definitely recommend Amy as a host!

It was the perfect place for a couples get away! The beautiful surroundings outside and creature comforts inside made it very relaxing. But it was convenient to shopping. The screened in porch had enough room to entertain our friends. It was a short ride to the beach or downtown ! Best price around !

This was such a pleasant surprise! The property was brand new and offered every amenity we could want. ( loved the USB outlets strategically placed, well done and often not seen) The neighborhood was quiet and it really was a short walk to the beach, made easy with the available beach cart. This may be my first ever review after all my stays at airbnb's as it certainly deserves it. Jenn & Eddie were easy to communicate with and the vibe all around was fantastic. Thank you & we will be back!

Jim's surf shack is the perfect siesta key get away. The walk up to it through the courtyard was so inviting every time. Inside was spotless, had everything I could ask for including complementary k cups. His dock across the street is the perfect place for a morning coffee or nightcap. Jim was also an extremely pleasant host. Although not always guaranteed, he offered me early check-in that was quite earlier than normal. Due to timing, I could not take advantage of it but it just shows how gracious of a host he is. 5* through and through and I cannot wait to come back to the shack!

Great place located within walking distance of Nokomis beach and beach bars/restaurants. Few minutes drive to Venice for numerous other food options, along with fast food on the main road nearby. Very peaceful location.

This whimsical beach cottage was exactly what we needed after Hurricane Milton. The house was stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. It was unfortunate to see the devastation from the hurricane around the property, but thankfully Andrew’s place was seemingly untouched. We’re very happy for you! Thank you for providing a great place to enjoy the bay and the beach!

Beautifully decorated cottage! Well appointed in every way. I had everything I needed for a week long stay/work remotely. Bed and shower are amazing! The location is perfect for exploring PG or PC and the hosts were very responsive! Highly recommend!
