Leslie was wonderful! From allowing early check-in when our flight arrived early to always being responsive, even at late hours, she was wonderful! The property was pristine, all the creature comforts of home were readily available, and our family of 8 really appreciated the snacks and waters that were waiting on the counter as soon as we walked in the home! It truly was the perfect location for us! It was close to many different things Florida has to offer while still having a private feel! We really enjoyed coming home and unwinding at the dock, in the pool, and cooking dinner in the outdoor kitchen! we even caught snapper, catfish, blue crab, and a sting ray off the dock, and the neighbor was also friendly and popped over when we reeled in the stingray! We visited Nokomis Beach, Venice Pier/Beach, Punta Gorda, and even the Everglades and the travel time wasnt bad at all! Would definitely recommend this property/ host for any large family/group rental! It was excellent!

We had a fantastic time at Sergiy's property! This venue offers privacy with a great pool & outdoor facilities. It's only a ten minute drive to the Siesta Beach area. Sergiy was an excellent host, always quick to respond on our questions while being totally unobtrusive. We highly recommend this property.

We stayed here for three months and felt completely at home. The house has everything you need, from bedding, towels, large screen TVs, and all the gear you need to have a memorable day at the beach. The pool is large, and the pool area was my all-time favorite. It’s spacious, quiet, and private, with views of various birds, marsh rabbits, and an occasional gator sighting in the distance. The host, Daniel, answered our questions when we checked in, was easy to reach, and was quick to respond. The location is close to various beaches, parks, restaurants, stores, and fun shopping in Historic Downtown Venice. We were even able to catch a few baseball games during Spring training. My one complaint is that leaving after such a wonderfully relaxing stay is difficult.

We’ve stayed at different places last 3 years and we thought this place was the nicest. It was spotless, nicely furnished and the pool was clean and a great temperature. The hosts left us a nice large basket of fruit, chocolate and a bottle of champagne. Very nice touch on check-in. The fishing was good. I caught a 4ft nurse shark, 3 sting rays and about 35 catfish that put up a nice fight. While I fished my family swam in the pool and soaked up the sun. Night time hot tub was awesome. The only thing bad was actually having to leave. Thanks for a memorable vacation.

Good option for a last minute trip. Joel was very kind and accommodating. He communicated very well and responded extremely quickly. Gave thorough instructions and was very helpful. The house is pretty small but fine for a couple or two friends. A little pricy for the location and house (just a bit dated) but not too bad! We went to South Brohard and Manasota Key Beach and each one was like a 10-20 min drive depending on traffic. We enjoyed our time!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Delroy’s house. It was brand new and was extremely clean. It was bright and beautifully decorated. The office space was fantastic. We really liked the neighborhood. It was quiet and walkable. We really enjoyed sitting outside under the covered lanai watching the wildlife in the canal. Delroy was also very responsive. We highly recommend and would love to come back next year.

Dolphin Cottage was remarkably clean and the decor was beautiful. It looks like the house had been completely renovated. Everything (carpets, bathrooms, furniture, etc) seemed brand new and tastefully done. The sheets smelled great! The location of the house was very convenient to all major stores, and loads of restaurants. It was a short drive to downtown Venice and beaches. The screened in porch was a perfect way to start the day with a cup of coffee, and end it with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunset and view of the pond and wildlife. I would highly recommend!

This Cape Coral home is simply a perfect vacation destination. The entire home is perfect and the pictures do not do it justice. It is perfectly decorated in each room from pillows to decorations. The kitchen has absolutely everything one would need from plenty of pots and pans, many plates for up to 12, loads of silverware, crockpot and gourmet style kitchen. The master bedroom is large and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Loved taking a shower in the immense shower. The outdoor area is simply Wow! Beautiful seating, the pool was the perfect temperature and roomy, but the view!!!! It never got old. Simply magnificent and so quiet. We simply loved our stay and we were sad to have left. We will be back. Thank you to the responsive hosts and for a lovely stay.

Victoria’s place at sunset cove was perfect for our family of 4. Loved the location, was able to walk to several local restaurants. As well as a short walk to Cedar Point Environmental Park and not a far drive at all to the beach. Loved the swimming pool area and relaxing by the gas fire pit at night. The pool is pretty cold but you can have her turn the heat on for an additional $150. Our kids didn’t seem to mind the cold pool so we didn’t bother to have the heat turned on. Would definitely return to this location.

We had a great stay at Molly and Mike’s in January. We appreciated many small amenities about the place – like the yoga mats, blender, beach chairs, and extra blankets - but nothing can beat the view of the lake from the primary bedroom, dining room, and guest bedroom! The spacious setup was also ideal for working remotely as one of us was able to take work calls from the den off the primary bedroom while the other worked from the large dining room table. For active folks, the Venetian Waterway Trail (which connects to the Venice Legacy Trail) is only a mile away and the YMCA Venice is less than 5 mins by car. Molly & Mike were great hosts, checking to make sure we arrived okay and that everything met our expectations. They were responsive to inquiries before and during our stay.

Highly recommend! The backyard was truly an amazing experience, the home was welcoming and clean, the neighborhood felt safe and the host was very responsive and flexible! Some opportunities for improvement would be to make sure lanai doors can’t be open when locked to make sure kiddos don’t get out to the pond, and for the cleaning crew to double check all perishable food is thrown out of the cabinets. Overall fantastic stay, we needed to extend twice and the host was responsive and flexible.

What a find! The house was clean, and finishes were new. Everything that you could need was provided. The best feature of the home were the pool and the canal. If you enjoy watching birds and nature, this is the place. We also enjoyed the nearby park with its trails and wildlife. Highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future. The host was very helpful and responsive.

I tried to make it a point to watch the sunset every night as its really something to watch from the screened in sunroom. If your into the outdoors you can sit on the new dock & occasionally see some gators. Felt like home for our 3 month stay :)

Mike was a very prompt Host very helpful and positive. Place was exceptionally clean and had every thing we needed and more for our stay. Would highly recommend staying at this home for any occasion. My wife and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, relaxed and grilled out by the heated pool while enjoying the view of the small lake out back. Walked paths near this location and rode bikes on paved trail to Boca Grande. So relaxing!!!!

My family absolutely loved Kyle’s Airbnb! It was the perfect place for our family vacation with a 6 year old and 9 month old. He had so many extra child/ baby necessities that made our family trip run smoothly. The playpen, baby and kid toys, plus the baby video monitor helped immensely and allowed mom and dad to relax and enjoy, knowing our baby was safe. The beach load out wagon was the cherry on top! Made our beach days with the kids headache free. Kid beach toys, umbrellas, chairs and a wagon! Plus beach towels. The laundry onsite was an extra touch as we could always have clean clothes or towels in hand. The whole grounds is stunning as well as the pool and dock! The beds were so comfy and the place was clean and clutter free. What a joy it was to stay for the week. Kyle, was an amazing host with clear and fast communication. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I could go on and on! Thank you so much. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Coastal Cozy. The home is beautiful and full of any amenity you could want. We felt right at home and appreciated all it had to offer, whether we were spending the day hanging around or soaking up the sun at a local beach. After a refreshing dip in the pool we took a short walk to the nearby park and saw one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Bryan was so responsive, friendly and accommodating, from our initial booking all the way through checkout. It is obvious that he wants his guests to have a fantastic experience and memorable stay, and we surely did!

Sea La Vie

I would stay here again! The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, game room had lots for our family to do, close to the beach, lots of outdoor space and plenty of parking. Pamela was quick to help when we needed something. The dock was spacious and easy to get to and we had fun fishing and kayaking.

The exterior of the house features a light blue façade complemented by lush green landscaping. A manicured lawn surrounds the entrance, where palm trees frame the pathway leading to the front door. The driveway is paved with stones, providing a spacious area for parking.

Ronnie’s house was awesome! We brought our boat over and it was just a quick ride to open water. The kids loved the pool when we went in the boat. House was spotless and very nice! Ronnie was very quick to answer and checked on us every day during the stay. Don’t hesitate on booking. You will be happy you did!

Jared’s house is ideal for a people who like to go to the beach. It had all the beach gear and is about 10 minutes from Venice and Nakomis beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and the sunset view is the best! The couches are great for movie night—super spacious and comfy! Definitely recommend.

Bea’s place was nice and accommodating. The condo was clean, just as described, and stocked with supplies, except extra toilet paper. Bea was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The pool is ok and clean, but the area is nothing fancy. If you are seeking a clean, safe place for a getaway, this place is great!

We had a great vacation with our 10 mo old here! A crib was setup for us in the 2nd bedroom, we had a highchair and baby tub. It made traveling with an infant a little easier! We loved the pool since the ocean water was pretty chilly. We were a 10 min walk to turtle beach which we enjoyed one evening as we watched the sunset! Overall we had a great stay and our hosts were so welcoming and friendly!

My fiancé, our 1 year old and I stayed here for the weekend and it was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back. There were kayaks and canoes to take into the river which was fun and free roaming farm animals. I was happy to see the Airbnb was spotless. We felt right at home immediately!
