Townhome vacation rentals in Naples

Wonderful condo! Right on the beach and next to the pool area. Great sunsets! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the screened in balcony. Kim as very easy to communicate with.

I literally booked this airbnb 3 hours before arriving. Tina was flexible with check in time. When we arrived, place was just as described on the listing. We only booked for one night, so it was perfect. We also brought our bernedoodle. Price for the listing was well worth it, especially bringing a pup. When we left, I forgot my pups water bowl. Tina offered to mail it to me, however I was right in Sanibel so I just drove back to pick it up. Will def be back next time with my two kiddos !

The location is everything! The private beach access with a walkway and shell washing station was a great touch. The beach was quiet and not busy at all. Jim was great with his communication and he offered us excellent recommendations. When we arrived we noticed the beach umbrella was broken and within an hour of letting Jim know, there were three beach umbrellas delivered to us! We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent location, very clean, comfortable, and right on the beach! It is a perfect place for a family vacation. We will be coming back for sure!

This comfortable and very cheerful condo is a pleasure to rent. The vaulted ceilings make the condo open and airy. Ana Maria is a wonderful host who responds almost instantly to any questions posed over the Airbnb website. The home is well appointed and the beds in all three bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, glasses, serving pieces , pots and pans. It also has many of the small electric appliances you need including a blender and a George Foreman grill. We made use of the screened in porch, and watched the bird and animal life on the lake as we ate breakfast almost every morning. The garage is a bonus, although almost everyone parks on the pads in front of their garages. The community’s heated pools are wonderful, and my wife enjoyed the water aerobics classes. This was the second time we stayed and we will plan to stay again if in the area. Dan was very helpful and responsive and the unit was a perfect fit for our family vacation.

Dan’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Somewhere close to friends, beach, local attractions, and a great place for us to stay. The house was what was described, with plenty of room for the 4 of us… with room to spare.

Steven and his wife have done a SUPERB job renovating/decorating this cozy, little beach bungalow! Talk about GOOD VIBES! Everything is perfectly placed and very well stocked/organized! My family absolutely loved our stay here and wished we could stay longer. Morning coffee on the sunlit back patio with the happiest plants in town, the beachy feel inside with comfortable couch, breakfast nook, stocked kitchen and cozy beds! Steven was a swift and clear communicator; he reached out to me personally via text introducing himself at the beginning of our stay, much appreciated! For some reason, we never heard back from "Evolve" through Airbnb messaging-- we sent 3 messages to them with no response. Not sure what's happening there, but Steven was phenomenal and we would stay at his home over and over and over again! This review is for HIM! :)

David and Tracy have a beautiful property. It was very clean, nicely stocked kitchen, linens, etc. We enjoyed the screened patio a lot and loved that it was a short walk to the pool and Tiki. David and Tracy were very responsive and very friendly. Would love to stay again!

This townhouse at The Quarry is the perfect destination! The amenities were amazing, and we took full advantage of them. The people were super friendly. The entire house is decorated beautifully and well stocked for a rental. Better than many airBnBs I’ve been to. Sam was super responsive and very helpful with all my questions. My only challenge was getting good cell service for phone calls. There was one spot on the lanai that if I sat right there, I could receive and make calls but anywhere else was a dead zone. That’s likely more a reflection of my cell carrier than anything but I wonder if the material of the roofs played a part. Given that I did a blend of work and vac while there, it was a little challenging but since WiFi was so good, I just used other technology for virtual calls. I would highly recommend Sam and Bessie’s place; you won’t be sorry!

Ryan and Kristi's place was great! They had everything as described and were very responsive to anything we needed. The location was private and it's in the cutest little neighborhood that's great for a walk or bike ride.

Olivia was an amazing host. She was responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a home away from home. Her directions for parking, the pool, and home entry were very clear. The house had pleanty of room, and was close to everything we needed. A slight issue at the home came up and Olivia responded immediately and resolved it! We would absolutely stay here again giving the chance!

We had a wonderful time at Stefanie's place. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. Stefanie was very responsive and helpful. She made great recommendations for places to go and we took advantage. The development was fantastic. We made use of all amenities. The pool was perfect. We got in some pickleball, tennis, bocce, and volleyball. It is in a great spot near stores and just a quick drive to the beach or downtown Naples. We loved our stay. Stefanie helped make it easy and enjoyable.

Our second time staying at and air bnb and this was a pretty cool apartment. We needed an extra room since we had family come over to watch our baby while we attended a wedding and they were very comfortable too. Lots of neat and helpful extras like games (even a tabletop Pacman), toiletries, coffee. Theresa was gracious enough to lend me her blender when the one in the apartment didn't work and I was in the middle of cooking. Would definitely stay here again.

Aaron and Meggan at Beach Please somehow made the trip to NCI with 3 kids easy. Meggan communicated early and often to make sure we packed necessities and then left the rest at home because they really have it all waiting for you there. The kids could paddle board right from the unit and ran into manatees each time. Watching the sunrise each morning from the porch was a highlight. Access to both pools on the island was unique to this rental and a huge bonus for our kids. We had a great trip and can’t wait to return!

We had such a wonderful time during our stay! Everything exceeded our expectations—from the comfortable accommodations to the many thoughtful amenities provided. The pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing and cooling off, and we truly appreciated how clean and well-maintained it was. One of the highlights for us was being able to use the fishing poles—such a fun and unexpected touch that made our time on the canal even more enjoyable. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel at home, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend! And if you ever decide you want to sell it, we sound love to have that conversation with you.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Casita Salida Del Sol very much! The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated and decorated. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay, and the property manager was very helpful as well. We had everything we needed to feel right at home in the townhouse. It is located right next to the marina which was convenient, and fun to watch the ferry come and go throughout the day. The deck faces the east which is perfect for watching the sunrise. We saw dolphins from the deck one day. We enjoyed the kayaks, bikes, sand toys, and of course used the golf cart daily. We hated to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Mariana is a superb and very hospitable host.I must say one of the best Airbnb Ive stayed. I felt right at home.Her home was very clean,neat and orderly.Her home is cozy, quaint and quiet nestled with lots of greenery. Her home is very exquisite and elegant and inviting.Tbe price was beyond worth it for this hidden gem.Most of all, I felt like I was communicating with a family member.From her thoughtful words prior to check in and responsive communication all the way until check .Everything was beyond my expectation and I am very appreciative to have such a wonderful caring host. My partner and I enjoyed our stay @ colleen's place. We had a wonderful time and the place was exactly as described, it even looks better in person. It has everything that you need for a staycation. Colleen was super nice, for letting us check in before the actual check in time with no additional fees. Had nothing to complain about, we highly recommend this place and will definitely book with them again.
