Family-friendly vacation rentals in Naples

This house was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless—even the baseboards and ceiling fans were immaculate. The home is super spacious, with room to spread out comfortably (even the garage was huge!). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook indoors or grill outside, and there were multiple dining areas both inside and out. The pool and spa were beyond refreshing—clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. We loved the outdoor eating area and the thoughtful extras like pool toys and bikes, which added a fun touch. My boys especially enjoyed exploring near the canal, which made for some great memories. The beds were super comfy, with plenty of extra linens and cozy throw blankets. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the house is in a perfect, central location. The hosts were amazing: extremely responsive and helpful.

This is the second time we've stayed at this house, and the third time with Marc and Anne as hosts. They're great! The house is very complete, tidy, there are plenty of towels and the kitchen is a 10. I recommend opening the windows and letting the sun in. It's a super bright house. The patio is always our meeting place: between the pool and the barbecue. We had a problem with the dryer, and Marc was absolutely prompt, attentive and helpful. The weather didn't help, but we still had a FANTASTIC time. The house has bicycles, which we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood, which is beautiful. Thanks for having us once again. We came for a family graduation so didn't spend a whole lot of time there but did spend all of Sunday relaxing and using the pool which was wonderful to swim or just sit and read a book!

Carla's place was definitely worth the price. The home was meticulously clean and we really appreciated the modern kitchen appliances, which we used daily to cook and clean the dishes. The furniture is very comfortable, although we found the extra mattress topper in the master bedroom making the bed too soft. The master shower is amazing! Kids and I loved the pool and the partial shade throughout the Am morning and evening. Everything was supplied - beach chairs, umbrella, pool toys and fully stocked kitchen. Even rice cookers, crock pot and air fryer are available, as well as 3 ways to make coffee ☕. Publix stores and Walmart very close by, Loudermilk park/Beach within an 18- minute drive. Thank you, Carla, this would be a place to come back to if visiting area again.

It felt like a private oasis: quiet, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Everything we needed was there, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The attention to detail and level of hospitality truly stood out. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again and are already looking forward to our next trip back. Highly recommend!

David was extremely friendly and responded quickly to any and all questions. The space was great- 3 minute or so walk to the beach was accurate, and we thoroughly enjoyed the on-site pool as well. The space is simple but accomplished exactly what we were looking for. Provided umbrella and beach chairs was a nice touch that helps us northerners avoid a bad sunburn. Town is still recovering from hurricane but we found plenty to do, and was nice and close to some food trucks, restaurants, and grocery stores. 10/10 would recommend for groups of 2-6.

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

Kelly was extremely responsive with clear check i/building access instructions. Pictures don’t do the unit justice and it bugger than we realized. Beautiful view of ocean and canal. Walk to ocean is approx 5min and easily accessible through private walkway. Thank you for the wonderful stay and look forward to returning!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly well-equipped—there were plenty of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and all the little extras that make a stay comfortable and convenient. The pool and hot tub were both in perfect working order and made for a relaxing time day or night. The canal out back was a real highlight—great fishing with a wide variety of fish, including catfish, gar, and more. The house also came with five bicycles available for tenant use, which was a nice bonus, and there were TVs in every room—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The home felt truly luxurious, especially for the price. Jeff was a great host, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Fantastically comfortable and convenient to everything. This is our fourth and last year down to Fort Myers, and the apartment was everything we could have hoped for. Host was was responsive and flexible. We particularly appreciated having items we could use for the beach and around town like chairs and a cooler.

Robert’s home was amazing. The home was very clean when we arrived and Robert supplied all the essentials for our stay. The area is very quiet and safe. Pool, spa and backyard were beautiful. The location is very close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The park pass included with the home was great. Robert responded quickly to any questions I had. I would not hesitate to book this home for a future vacation.

First time we stayed at Micheline's house. It was just like the listing said. The house and pool are very private and it is in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was extremely easy. The house was very clean and had everything one would need. There are many options for any type of restaurant one would want within minutes of the house. Bonita Beach is a very short drive and there are many other beaches close by. We spent most of our time relaxing on the lanai and enjoying the pool. Had a wonderful time and are hoping to return in the fall. Bill

We had a great time in Naples at John’s place! John was responsive and accommodating. We were excited to find that the kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook our own meals during the trip. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house had literally everything we needed. Eric has done everything to make it a smooth and easy process for check in and check out. Everything in the house was labeled, which made it super easy to find things and put them back as we used them. The kids loved having their own rooms and would have stayed in the pool all night if we had let them! The walk to the beach is a little farther than we had anticipated with kids, but that wasn’t a problem. Vanderbilt Beach parking is right down the road so we loaded up the car, dropped everyone off at the beach and parked. They also had everything we needed for the beach. It truly felt like home for 7 days. We will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your home.

Beautiful historic home ! Loved the wrap around porch and the hot tub. Great shower ! Loved the coffee and wine and cozy blankets on the couch . Wish we could have stayed longer . Lots of space ! Close to downtown fort Myers

The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

This was truely a dream vacation home. We especially loved the pool and the outdoor furniture. The house was spacious with a well stacked kitchen and comfy beds. We would love to come back some day. Only the WiFi could have been faster.

We rented the house for a family reunion of 7 people, we ended up going only 6 people. We had a great time , we spent most of the time by the pool and inside the Jacuzzi and the pool. I will suggest to the Host to a couple of Lights or Flood lights in the back patio by the pool area. If you want to cook a BBB, you have to do it before it gets dark, the only light is the one inside the pool.

Maggie's place was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool and loved all the birds and lizards in the back yard. There was an issue with the air conditioner and Maggie was responsive with the issue. The house was comfortable and in a great location to visit Sanibel Island and the Everglades. We would definitely stay at Maggie's place again.

Enjoyed this just as much as the first time we stayed here. If we come back down this way we will definitely book Lis & Tim's place.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed being right on the water for the beautiful sunsets.

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.
