Waterfront vacation rentals in Naples

The stay here was great. Beautiful location. Easy to get to Marco Island and downtown Naples. Very peaceful community with tennis/pickeball courts, a pool with nice grills, small gym, all right out your front door. Coffee machine worked great and the beds were super comfortable. A beautiful view off the balcony as well. The only reason I did not give this place a full five stars all around was for a miscommunication upfront. Within the Lely resort complex, there is a Players Club, which provides some very nice amenities, that we thought we had access to. That was one of the reasons I was willing to pay a little bit higher for this place. I think it was the mistake of the realtor/company managing this property, not being fully aware of the Players Club access on Lely property. When I called and talked to a rep helping manage the property, he seemed a bit confused.

Jessica was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our flight got cancelled the morning of our intended arrival pushing us back a day, Jessica worked with us to add a day to the end of our stay, she's great! The condo is spotless, well appointed, tastefully decorated, located in our favorite area of the island and provides a beautiful view of the Marco River. We've stayed at a number of places on Marco over the years and Jessica's ranks as our new #1!

This was a perfect place to stay. Private with a gorgeous view, clean, and very short drive to Marco island. We loved it!

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

This little beach house was super cute and clean! We had no issues at all and we had a great stay. We’d definitely come back!

Nicole was very responsive, helpful and pleasant. The whole stay was easy and the unit was as described. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood that is very close to 5th Ave South. I’d stay again.

Very happy with stay/house/amenities/pool/spa. Newer construction with tall ceilings, beautiful appointments, bathrooms, fixtures and appliances. Kitchen provided with every imaginable item needed to cook and entertain. Salt water pool and spa were wonderful and overlook canal intersection. Lovely step down from pool to wrap-around deck overlooking canal. Easily accommodated larger family gathering for dinner/swimming. Certainly one of the nicest homes we've visited in Florida. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and the place exceeded our expectations. The home and pool were clean. Backyard comes with plenty privacy from neighbors. The neighborhood was quiet. There are plenty of nice restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The beach is about 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Tucker’s beautiful home in Naples, FL! The house was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a holiday getaway. The pool was a major highlight, and the serene lake view made every morning feel like a peaceful retreat. Tucker was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated that he allowed us to bring our dog, even though the property typically doesn’t allow pets. That kind gesture made our trip even more special! We had a few internet connection issues during our stay, but it didn’t hinder our experience at all. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Naples

We holiday twice a year in and around the waterways. This property is without doubt the best we have stayed in. The location, the furniture, everything in the house was excellent. Crissy was always on hand and on a couple of occasions had some items delivered immediately to the house…. Such a superb host and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was a problem at all for her…. Ted's place was absolutely perfect for our visit to Naples. He is a fantastic host who has thought of everything to make your stay amazing. Great location, nicely furnished home, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful beach amenities, and a beautiful and private pool/spa to relax in after a day at the beach. I look forward to staying here again!

We really enjoyed staying at this place, everything was perfect, including communication, location, and how clean and spotless everything was. Apartment is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view is priceless. Highly recommend!

I’ve never experienced a more helpful and easy going host- wow! She drove miles away to a bar my friend and I were at to give us in person instructions, beach passes and keys. Everything was perfect, super comfy beds, clean and walking distance to restaurant and bar next door that was a blast. We even got to see a mama manatee and a baby right in the little canal outside our door. We had a little car trouble and she was more than gracious to let it stay there until it could be picked up and even included a late check out. Townhouse furnished with all you need. I’m definitely coming back here- Nathalie is awesome!

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Justin’s condo had everything we needed for our stay, and then some. Would stay again for sure.

Christopher's condo is modern, well-organized, clean, accessible to golfing, and full of other amenities. We love the beautiful view of the lighted, water fountain in the courtyard from the balcony. It was a wonderful weekend getaway for us to enjoy Naples and Marco Island. Highly recommended for those visiting the area!

Sarah and Kevin's hone is a beautiful place to rest and relax. we enjoyed the location, walking distance to restaurants and shops and short drive to the beach. the home is well equipped with absolutely everything needed to enjoy your trip. the bed is very comfortable and the towels are big and thirsty. we will share the info with family and friends and will rent here again in the future

I have stayed in no fewer than 8 different units at PSR over the years and this was by far the most highly finished, nicest, most-well-outfitted! Will definitely stay again. Lauren has done a fabulous job and has really thought of everything!
