Each area has a specific function, each service is defined and each condition communicates with transparency so you know exactly what you are booking. ✦✦ SITTING AREA The house has a double bed prepared with white clothes, warm lighting and a serene aesthetic. It is an area designed to rest well, disconnect and enjoy a clean and tidy feeling at the end of the day. ✦✦ LIVING AREA The sofa bed allows you to expand the capacity of the listing and provides flexibility for families, small groups, or guests who need a more practical layout. It is a comfortable and functional solution within a compact space. ✦✦ INTEGRATED KITCHEN The kitchen is integrated into the main space and has a refrigerator, microwave oven, platetop, sink, oven, coffee maker, and washing machine. It is designed for practical use during the stay, with the necessary elements to prepare simple meals and maintain autonomy. ✦✦ FULL BATHROOM The bathroom features a shower, washbasin, illuminated mirror, toilet and towel rack. The reservation is managed with clear communication, defined rules, and additional services available upon request. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND PERSONALIZED STAY To offer a more comfortable, organized and tailored stay for each guest or tenant, we have a selection of additional services upon request and subject to operational availability. These include housekeeping during the stay, change of bed linen and towels, luggage handling, baby items, children's items, board games, rental of outdoor bicycles, and other special needs that can enhance the experience during the stay. These services are not included by default in the reservation and may have additional cost based on availability, advance, schedule, logistics, and level of urgency. Children's items, such as standard cot, travel cot/park, high chair, baby bath, changer, children's plates and cutlery, books, toys, and board games, must be requested in advance. They are not necessarily inside the house by default, as they are prepared on a personalized basis when requested by the guest. Additional cleaning is usually done from Monday-Friday, between 09:00 - 16:00, always upon prior request and availability of the equipment. We can also provide information on external bicycle rentals for adults and children through specialized stores in Madrid. Bicycles are not included in the price of the stay and are paid for directly at the corresponding store. The home is provided prepared according to the confirmed reservation. Any service, item, modification, additional guest or intervention not expressly included in the reservation must be requested in advance and may have an additional cost. The equipment does not remain inside the house during the stay. The best experience is when everything is clear from the start: actual number of guests, schedules, rules, additional requests, and responsible use of the home. For an especially comfortable stay, the distribution is ideal for 3 adults or for 2 adults and 2 children. The reservation should always reflect the actual number of guests. Guests not included in the reservation are not allowed to stay without prior authorization. ✦✦ HOT WATER The home has an electric heater of 100 liters. It is a suitable system for a stay of up to 4 people when reasonable use is made, staggered and responsible for the hot water. As with any electric heater, prolonged, excessive or simultaneous use may temporarily exhaust the deposit. In that case, the hot water will be available again after the normal recovery time of the system. For a comfortable experience, we recommend regulating the temperature well, avoiding excessively long showers, and staggering the use when there are multiple guests. ✦✦ ADDITIONAL SERVICES BAO REQUEST Some services, items, or special arrangements are not included in the reservation by default and may have an additional cost. This includes cleaning during the stay, linen changes, extra towels, children's items, games, books, luggage management, external bikes, refills, special requests, or operational interventions. That's why they are subject to availability, minimum advancement, logistics and written confirmation. Requests made with less than 72 hours may not be available or generate supplements due to emergency, transportation, warehouse, displacement, or special coordination. ✦✦ KIDS' ITEMS We can offer children's items upon request and with an additional cost, such as crib, travel cot, high chair, baby bath, changer, children's dishes and utensils, books or toys. These items are not necessarily found in the house by default. They must be requested in advance in order to review availability, prepare the logistics and confirm the corresponding cost. ✦✦ BICYCLES Adult bikes, children's bikes, and electric bikes are not included in the reservation or located inside the home. They can be managed through external companies specialized in Madrid, subject to availability, conditions of the provider and corresponding payment. Basic information can be provided at no cost; any special coordination, reservation, modification or operational management by VALTARA PRIVÉ may have an additional cost. ✦✦ ELECTRIC BIKES AND ELECTRIC VEHICLES In some homes it may be possible to charge an electric bicycle using normal sockets, always under consultation and prior authorization. The house does not provide official electric bike charger. The guest must bring their own charger and use it safely and responsibly. This possibility is not equivalent to having a charging station or a specific charger. The house does not have an official electric car charger. ✦✦ CLEANING DURING THE STAY The home is provided clean and ready for arrival. Additional cleaning during the stay is not included by default. Can be requested in advance, subject to availability and additional cost.
