At 150 meters you have the mouth of the Alto de Extremadura metro and just next to a bus stop where five bus lines stop that will take you to the historic center of Madrid in a few minutes, there is also a night line that leaves from the Plaza de Cibeles. Within a radius of 100 m you have bars, pharmacy,tobacconist, supermarkets, pastry,bank, etc., so that you do not lack for anything. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT.

The city center (Sol) is about 13km away, approximately 30/40 min by transport or 20 min by car. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, you can enjoy your visit in Madrid as a tourist or for business trips. On foot: Empress Maria of Austria Park (15/20') Orcasitas train station (10') For 2 guests, here you will find all you need for an unbeatable stay.

Please note that light is limited due to its location and you will not find balconies or large windows. Enjoy TV via Chromecast. Bed linen and towels are provided.
