Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Le Perreux-sur-Marne

Great place. Close to both Paris and Disneyland.

Place is close to public transit, (bus and RER). The place is outside city center, but it being accessible, not bad at all. The place is perfect for our group of 12, and enough washroom for everybody. Would difinitely book again if we are coming bavk to explore more of Paris.

We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The host family was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the fact that the accommodation is on the same property as the owners' house, you could be on your own at any time. Paris was perfect to reach by public transportation. We were able to park the car safely on the property all week. A bakery and a supermarket could also be easily reached on foot. We will be happy to come back.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Excellent hosts who share their home where they live regularly. A great option to go to Disney or Paris for several days. It worked out perfectly for us because part of the family was going to Disney and the rest to enjoy Paris, 20 minutes by RER A, and the station is less than a 10-minute walk away. Adrian is always attentive and his house is lovely. A very nice garden and your children's toys are available for toddlers to use. We highly recommend the option

We had a lovely time bringing our family to this cozy AirBnb in Paris. There was plenty of space, comfortable room sizes, washer + dryer, and plenty of common space for our group of 10- including a nice outdoor space and secure parking. We would happily book again!

This is a very nice and cozy house, if you see the same photos, the lighting and ventilation are great, Eleonore is a very kind host, who will kindly remind us that if the room is too hot, we can open the window and ventilate in advance (because the temperature just rose to 29 degrees when we went) And it also provides an electric fan and hair dryer. My husband and I had a great stay here❤️

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well kept, and only a 10 minute walk to the train station. Perfect place for a couple and we were able to cook some of our meals at the place!

If you are planning to visit Disneyland, the location is especially ideal as it is very close. With just the RER, you can easily reach both the city center and more distant areas. There is a large supermarket nearby. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave oven. The host was communicative, helpful, and very attentive. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Amal’s, the place was beautiful and close to the station which made it perfect for exploring Paris!

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, well appointed and comfortable for two adults. The neighborhood was beautifully green, quiet and we felt safe there. There were nice shops within walking distance and the metro was about half a mile away. It was relaxing staying outside of the Paris city center.

We loved the place. Quiet neighbourhood with easy access to metro stations, close to stores and restaurants. Beautiful decor and ambience, specially the balcony. Sarah was amazing. Very friendly and helpful.

A place as described. I traveled with 2 older adults, 3 more adults, 1 child under 14 and 1 baby. Very comfortable accommodation. Close to the station Neully Plaisance, which connects you to the different tourist spots in about 25 or 30 minutes. Recommended accommodation.

Yassine's place exceeded our expectations. The pictures did not do it justice and the location is perfect if you want to be at a location that has easy access to public transport. It is a great spot if you want to visit Disneyland and explore Paris as it is almost equi-distant from both places! Highly recommend :)

An apartment in a residence located in a quiet area, close to the shopping center and many restaurants of all kinds accessible without having to take public transport. It was also next to nice green spaces for walking and spending time. The apartment itself is well-equipped, spacious and tidy, with a fairly large terrace. Really nothing to complain about, I had a great time.

Great for families with children, quiet, clean, great neighborhood. Recommended

I would absolutely stay again at this wonderful Airbnb in Nogent. The size, affordability, and access to the train is unbeatable. My mother and I were very comfortable. The shutters also helped block out the street lights at night. Our host communicated very well and was incredibly responsive. Easy check in instructions. I would definitely recommend having access to a data plan so you can easily refer back to all check in instructions and communicate with the host. The closets were very spacious and had lots of hangers. The bathroom was also quite big and very clean. Hot water and shower pressure were great. Shampoo and conditioner provided as well as a very nice hair dryer. Can’t say enough nice things about my experience! My only critique would be that the road traffic can be slightly loud at certain points but the windows are very well insulated. It depends on how deep of a sleeper you are. I am quite a light sleeper.

Studio as described and very well-equipped with a real comfortable bed. Excellent for very quiet nights. There is a private parking space in a secure enclosure. We recommend it in a second.
