A peaceful oasis in a modern house on the 2nd floor, 1 km from the center of Nogent, 900 m from the RER A/E Val de Fontenay station (Disneyland 28 minutes, La Défense 23 minutes, Gare de Lyon 10 minutes, Opéra 16 minutes, Arc de Triomphe 19 minutes). It consists of 1 living room with kitchen and small balcony, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet, as well as 1 mezzanine accessible from the living room. Ideal for 4, 5th bed on request. We live in the house and remain at your disposal.

A spacious studio with a pretty garden

The studio (about 45 square meters) is located at the back garden of the main house. It is 12 minutes walk from the underground station (lines A4 and E4), 13 minutes away from center Paris and 30 minutes from Euro Disneyland. Shops and restaurants are within a walking distance. With an additional sofa-bed the studio can accommodate up to four people. The kitchenette makes it possible for guests to prepare their own meals. Breakfast includes fresh bread and croissants every morning.

Artist's house with beautiful garden. Close to the town centre with shops, restaurants and market, but in a quiet location. Garage on request. Bus stops (124, 210) for Vincennes, Paris and the RER. 15 minutes' walk from the RER E (Nogent Le Perreux stop), 20 minutes from the RER A (Neuilly Plaisance). You'll have the whole house and garden to yourself. I'm in Le Perreux from time to time and live in the annex, which has its own entrance and is completely separate from the house.
