Charming independent greater Paris apartment next to station, commerce on one side and nature on the other. This apartment is located at 5 minutes walk from RER A and RER E for north south and east west Paris connectivity. WIth RER A you can be in Paris in 15 minutes. With RER E go to Gare du Nord directly . Auchan across the street in centre commercial.. The road near the building provides ample parking. Walking, Running trails and lakes in Bois de Vincennes. Easy to reach Disneyland.

Artist's house with beautiful garden. Close to the town centre with shops, restaurants and market, but in a quiet location. Garage on request. Bus stops (124, 210) for Vincennes, Paris and the RER. 15 minutes' walk from the RER E (Nogent Le Perreux stop), 20 minutes from the RER A (Neuilly Plaisance). You'll have the whole house and garden to yourself. I'm in Le Perreux from time to time and live in the annex, which has its own entrance and is completely separate from the house.
