Dany and Sophie were very flexible, responsive and friendly to communicate with. The unit is a nice clean one and only a few mins walking distance from Noisy le grand shopping area and metro station. There are also a lot of options for grocery, bakeries and restaurants very near by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment was very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need – from the well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. We especially liked the terrace, ideal for breakfast or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The hostess was friendly and helpful – if you had any questions or requests, she responded immediately. We highly recommend this place!

I was greeted very warmly and friendly by Nourhene who made herself available for the duration of my stay. Very responsive to different requests by message. I will most likely come back and recommend this place 2 steps from the regional mall.

This accommodation is ideal both for enjoying the calm of the banks of the Marne and for convenient and short access to inner Paris. Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Accommodation perfectly consistent with the listing. We didn't miss a thing. There were even drinks in the fridge for us when we arrived. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. The space is very cosy and in pristine condition, Liqing made sure everything was in order and walked us through how to use anything we inquired about. The yard is also very clean and pretty 🤍 The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. One of our best Airbnb experiences! The house is tastefully decorated, very functional and the environment is very quiet. Ideal with our two young children. We were worried that the crib might fit into one of the bedrooms and Frédéric took the time to measure the available space and push the bed before we arrived. Besides, Frédéric is a really great host: responsive, interesting and generous. We'll be happy to go back! From now on, this will be our base during our next visits to Paris!

We traveled as a family to Paris and spent a week. We were in 3 different properties, and. The only place we were able to rest as if we were at home was Patrick's property. The location and property are perfect for families. Patrick was very attentive and cordial, a true 1000-star host. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

There's not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was okay. We were completely satisfied.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again.
