Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Le Moulin de La Barde is a medieval water mill which is a jewel of the Périgord architecture. Its hydraulic power is used since before Napoléon. Until 1907, it produced electricity for the entire village. We engaged its rehabilitation in a spirit of conservation of our region's heritage combined with advanced technology so we could improve its modern every day use.

Gite Chante' Alouette – Le Bugue

Warm and spacious cottage in the heart of Périgord Noir between Périgueux, Sarlat and Bergerac. This renovated family cottage, which can accommodate 6 to 8 people, is located on the heights of Bugue in a haven of greenery and yet only 5 minutes' drive from all amenities (hypermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, tourist office, restaurants, weekly market, etc.).
