Vacation rentals with a patio in Lazio

Am liebsten würde ich 10/10 Sterne geben. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Anbindung. Es war sehr sauber und ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich komme gerne wieder🫶🏼

lovely place to be! we got super welcome. Silvia and her parents was really nice to us - and we got a Selfmade cake from a real Italien grandmother! we were rly sad about the short time (2 days) in poli, because there is so much to see. Her father take us to personal guided trip in poli and we are gratefull for that. thanks for special time. lethanie y tobi :)

Thank Alessia for hosting us last minute. We loved the place and the location. Near the beach and restaurants and with your car, you can easily get everywhere. The private parking was great. The apartment is beautiful and brand new and excellent condition. Grocery store is couple of min away by car. Loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. We will definitely be back and again use it as our base. Alessia is a gracious host and very helpful and very responsive. Thanks again

L’appartement est bien situé, tout près des restaurants et de la vie animée de Trastevere, mais dans un environnement très calme. Nos hôtes nous ont recommandé d’excellents restaurants, Grazie mille !

Alessandro’s place is great value for money: St. Peter’s is just a short walk away, bus stops to stations and attractions just outside the door and yet the price is fair and affordable. The place was spotless and just as described. Only little hiccups were figuring out what coffee pods the coffee machine needs and a door lock that had been damaged by the previous guests -which Alessandro promptly offered to repair as soon as it was pointed out- Overall, we had an awesome stay and i’d definitely recommend it. Thanks Alessandro!

Do not hesitate to book this location, just spectacular. Our family had the most amazing time in Rome in this unit. The central location made it easy to get around, we were able yo easily walk to all our destinations, The Piazza below was always bustling and fun to hang out in, with fabulous restaurants and cafes, plus exploring the quiet quaint streets was so fun. A huge bonus was the private terrace it was so peaceful way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. When we arrived we felt so welcome by our host leaving us some treats, our hosts checked on us during our stay to ensure everything was going well. When we are in Rome again I would book this location.

Had an amazing stay here. Really beautiful flat with all the amenities and a patio. So gorgeous. Everything is really modern and clean. Would totally recommend! Matteo was super responsive and a fantastic host. Hopefully will be back in the future!

Comunicazione ottima, posizione molto comoda della villa che mantiene tuttavia la riservatezza e tranquillità. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie a una permanenza di diversi giorni. Esperienza da ripetere!!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

Paola e Andrew sono due persone semplici, alla mano e molto disponibili. Hanno accolto me e il mio piccolo Rocco (un cagnolino) facendoci sentire a casa. Un posto immerso nella campagna maremmana laziale, dove gli unici rumori sono quelli di animali e natura in generale. Vicino al mare e ottimo come base di partenza per tantissimi posti da visitare. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca qualche giorno di evasione dal caos della città. Host grandiosi!!!

Villa bellissima e molto grande, dotata di tutti i comfort sia negli spazi interni che nell’area della piscina. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità di Isa nel prolungare l’orario del check-out non avendo prenotazioni per il giorno stesso. Consigliatissima!

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

This place is an absolute gem in the heart of Rome — if it is available, I’d highly suggest booking! We were here for 4 nights and slept so well due to the extremely comfy bed & A/C. The apartment was centrally located (as much as you can be in Rome) and allowed us to visit all the important sites + neighborhoods on foot. The terrace was magical — perfect for enjoying beautiful evenings in peace with pizza & wine from the surrounding neighborhood. The shower was also so spacious and consistently had good water temp + pressure — a true treasure in Italy! Going up the stairs with luggage is definitely a challenge, but this is to be expected when staying in beautiful but older buildings in Europe. Lastly, Alois was amazing — so kind, proactive, and helpful. He helped us check-in early despite our last-minute request, and was overall a pleasure to communicate with. We could not have been happier with our stay here!

Ilva was so sweet to arrange to hold a free parking space for us and provided very clear driving instructions as a local road was closed. The apartment was just as pictured and spacious enough for our family of three. The town is a short walk away and worth spending a day or two!

Fulvio’s Airbnb provided an amazing and affordable place to stay in Rome with great restaurants surrounding it, the place is a bit far from all of the touristy spots but with cheap public transport and the peace that comes with being away from tourists it was well worth it

Beautiful stay in Rome, will be back!

The location was perfect and walking distance to get to the most famous spots in Rome. Upon arrival at the Rome airport, they went above and beyond by arranging a private taxi. The apartment had everything we needed and the outside overlooking the garden was fantastic for relaxing after a long day of touring.

This is such a beautiful apartment, very well appointed and in a great location. You can walk everywhere which is helpful with the Rome traffic and despite being so central (15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain) it’s lovely and quiet at night. The terraces are beautiful and catch the sun all day long. Rudi was very responsive and friendly from start to finish. Would thoroughly recommend.

Agata's place was very clean and matched the photos. We were very happy with our stay. Agata was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had. We would definitely come back.
