Recently renovated, the apartment has everything you need during your stay in Toledo. Completely renovated with air conditioning and wifi. Capacity 2 people. Apartment adapted for the disabled. The room is adapted WITHOUT architectural barriers and without a screen in the shower. This apartment does not have a separate room, it is a studio type with a bed in the room that is prepared and with all possible access for the disabled. The bathroom does not have a curtain or similar to facilitate the acces. As you can apreciate in the pictures, everything is in one level and with the minimum barriers. The apartment is equipated with everything you need, double bed, a living-dining room with a sofa, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with glasses, plates, coffee maker, etc. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, double-glazed windows also helping to preserve energy (both cold and heat) helping to be more sustainable. The apartment will be available with towels and sheets for your stay, so you won't have to worry about anything other than enjoying your time in Toledo. Please note the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
