Situado en una urbanización privada a 100 metros de la playa con pista de paddel y piscina/solárium comunitaria. Dispone de un luminoso salón-comedor con la cocina totalmente equipada abierta al salón, y aire acondicionado de frío y calor. Un baño completo y un aseo. Dos habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio que da a la terraza y otra con dos camas individuales.
