Monthly Rentals in Las Marinas

Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

Although we did not meet Alvaro in person, he was very responsive and helpful over the phone. His house is located in a lovely urbanisation, basically right on the beach. There is plenty of parking space just outside the main gate, and there are restaurants and bars, but the place is quiet and private. The house is big and modern, impeccably clean, with a great, fully equipped kitchen. We loved the super comfy beds too! We travelled with three dogs and Alvaro accepted them without any problem. That is not always the case when one travels with pets, so we appreciate it.

Lovely Apartment just as Advertised, Would Definitely Use Again

We loved Francisco and his place very clean and comfortable. Fantastic patio for sitting outside. He was very proactive with helpful instructions and local recommendations. Would love to come visit again.
