What a hidden little gem! Don't let the outside fool you, as the inside makes you feel cozy and comfy! There are 2 bedrooms w 1 bed in each room, a pull out couch and a pull out love seat in the living eoom (these aren't the most comfortable but will work of you need them), & the property has everything you need to feel right at home. (Cute kitchen w appliances, washer and dryer, etc.) There is a ladder full of fuzzy blankets to curl up with, coffee pot & toaster. There is no central AC unit, but we stayed at the end of May and just opened the windows and it cooled down. He has made the best with what he has with this property.

Sarah takes great care of the home and you can tell she enjoys operating an AirBnb. She also left snacks and stickers. The kids loved them. (sorry that they ate all that was there...). The home is in trailer park, but it felt like a decent area in Laramie and was taken care of. Would stay again.

Casidy was a wonderful host and we felt right at home at the Park Pad. We were traveling through for a long road trip and this was the perfect pit stop. Our dog loved the fenced backyard, and we loved the close vicinity to the park and plenty of restaurants.

We stayed at the ranch for University of Wyoming's graduation weekend. It was a great base. Had a plumbing issue the first night that ran over into the next morning, but Kelly was incredibly responsive and caring, and took care of the problem as quickly as was humanly possible. She made sure our stay was fantastic despite the road bump. I can't thank her enough.

Great, comfortable place to stay while passing through Laramie. The bathroom and kitchen are a little tight so it might be tough to stay for extended periods but one or a couple nights are great. The bed was extremely comfortable. We appreciated that we could bring our dog! Not sure if there is ac in this unit so we used the provided fan and kept the door cracked to circulate air. I would stay here again!
