Vacation rentals with a balcony in Languedoc-Roussillon

The apartment was great. Had everything we needed and very well placed. The views were fabulous and two balconies provided the outside space for some lazy morning/afternoon/evening chill out time. The location is absolutely fantastic and close to the beaches, restaurants etc. Marta is a very good host and responsive. No problems whatsoever. We love L’Escala so we will definitely return at some point again.

Appartement très bien situé, a quelques minutes à pied du centre où se trouve les restaurants. La résidence est calme et bien entretenue, la piscine très agréable et l’appartement très fonctionnel. Je recommande fortement.

Un logement fonctionnel, propre, bien équipé (rénové récemment) dans un quartier résidentiel de Llança. Un accès facile au sentier côtier qui permet de belles randonnées (Port de la Selva, ...). Un service Interhome efficace et réactif (kit d'arrivée, livraison de couverture, procédure d'arrivée facile). Seul bémol, une isolation inexistante des appartements mitoyens (à côté et au dessus) qui peut être problématique en cas de voisins bruyants.

Appartement parfait et bien situé avec une boulangerie juste en bas. En cas de pluie, l’eau passe par les fenêtres. Une bonne agence. Baignoire de la sdb un peu petite.

Le logement correspondait parfaitement a nos attentes. Nous sommes 2 adultes, 2 enfants et 1 bébé, et le logement nous a convenu pour notre semaine. Plage à 5 minutes à pied, parking privé, supérette a côté. L'agence est très réactive et très sympathique. Je le recommande pour vos vacances.

La casa es preciosa y muy bien equipada. La situación muy buena, en medio del bosque, con calma y a 5 minutos en coche de pistas de esquí. Meritxell nos ayudo en todo y nos ofrecio un trato muy bueno. De bien seguro que volveremos.

We loved the way Guillaume’s house has been renovated. It’s full of character and very spacious. It is very well appointed, with all the kitchen utensils and crockery you could need for a large family. Being there in January we didn’t make the most of all the outdoor spaces but they were a nice backdrop from every part of the house and must be great at other times of the year. Chateauneuf is very quiet in winter, surrounded by lovely countryside.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille. La vue est imprenable! Très proche des plus belles plages. Logement conforme à la description. Lieu très calme. Le fait que la piscine soit une piscine partagée n'a pas posé de problème, respect mutuel des personnes présentes. Nous recommandons !

Hemos estado muy bien el alojamiento de Alba, una casa muy comoda con todas las facilidades, una cocina increíble, unos dormitorios en otra estancia que hacían la vida cotidiana muy comoda, una terraza preciosa y una muy buena ubicación, cerca del lago, con parking, con super y farmacia a menos de 5min andando. Barrio muy tranquilo y comunicación perfecta con el propietario.

Logement bien agencé, parfait pour y passer la semaine. Extérieur très sympa. Maison à 15 min de la plage à pieds. Le seul point négatif est le manque de climatisation, par des chaleurs comme cette semaine c’est vraiment insoutenable surtout la nuit..

Nous avons eu plaisir à nous réunir en famille dans cette maison. La grande table à manger et le salon spacieux sont très bien pour un weekend pluvieux. La literie est bonne et les chambres spacieuses et agréables. L''espace extérieur était encore en "hibernation" mais la vue dégagée sur le jardin est toujours très reposante. Nous reviendrons, toute saison confondue avec plaisir. ps : le Barbecue fonctionne, en réponse à un commentaire précédent...

My family and I stayed here for 10days in mid June. The Villa was lovely, very spacious and airy and peaceful. It was great having the pool and lovely garden (despite the mosquitos who loved our Irish blood unfortunately!) and the views of the mountains was spectacular. Our host was very accommodating regarding the check-in and checkout times (our flights were a bit awkward) and she was on hand when we thought there was an issue with the pool (there wasn't!). The local town, Saint Genis, was quaint and everyone was very friendly and helpful (we unfortunately had to visit the pharmacy a couple of times). Argeles and Collioure were only 15-20 mins drive away, very easy to get to with loads of nice restaurants to check out and my Dad enjoyed his daily morning swim at the peaceful Plage du Racou. All in all it was a great stay at the Villa. One small note, it would have been nice to have had towels provided for the stay, we bought some in the supermarket. Other than that, perfect!

Maison agréable. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus et très plaisants. À proximité d'une multitude de lieux à découvrir. Monsieur Roux est très aimable et très accueillant. Je recommande.
