Earth house vacation rentals in Languedoc-Roussillon

With my spouse and our 2 dogs, we had a very pleasant week. Despite the uncertain weather, the place, the building, the land, allowed us to rest in an idyllic setting. Jean-François was a great host and very friendly with our dogs. This house is a real favorite! The hot tub and private pool are real corners of paradise. The property is conveniently located between 10 and 20 minutes from shops, activities or places to visit. A beautiful area! Thanks again for the warm hosting, looking forward to coming back next time.

Very comfortable cottage, very well equipped, very clean in a peaceful environment, among the vineyards (the entire land is organic so no fear of harmful products!), with magnificent views of the hills and the castle. Hikes from the cottage, many villages to discover.... Florence is a very welcoming host who gives good tips for visits and hikes. We would definitely recommend this cottage.

Audrey is an extremely welcoming and friendly host. She is committed to sharing the history of her home which is both touching and interesting. She is full of care and does everything to make her home live and pay homage to her mom's memory. Thank you for everything Audrey and congratulations on the way you respect your mom's wishes, I'm sure she would be very happy to see how her house continues to live thanks to you.

Beautiful place. The area is very beautiful, especially for walks, rejuvenation, rest, and relaxation. Christine and Bruno are very kind and friendly. They are available and respond quickly if there are any issues or questions. I recommend it 100%!

Everything is perfect, Xavi is super attentive and helpful. The one thing I didn't like is that the house is on the first floor and the terrace and the barbecue are not on hand. And the pool also looked like the photos it was close to the terrace, but it's more secluded. Everything else is good, the area and surroundings are beautiful.

Cintia and Celeste were always at the disposal of what we need, very attentive and good hosts, the place is special, to rest and relax, listen to nature and good sleep. We'll definitely repeat!!! Thank you so much!!

Carole’s house is ideally located on the heart of Cadaques, a few steps from the sea as well as shops, restaurants, etc. The house is comfy and clean. Carole is always available to give you great tips to enjoy your stay. I definitely recommend and would come back!

Great stay in the nature and enchanting setting of the oasis and valley. I stayed 10 days in the cozy room, where I felt like I was in a cocoon, clean with everything I needed to feel good, even a small space heater. My goal was to recharge and find myself, which was not difficult, the more it is very easy to have your private space. Even though the place is very rustic and rural, which allows for a nature immersion in the same, Mathilde has taken care of the little details that make the difference in the guinguette or bathroom. Not to mention the view... Wild trails direct from the property. The surrounding villages are very charming and nice, small restaurants, organic shops and bakery, etc. The mountains of the valley very soft and a joy to look at. I'll come back and I bet you too 😉

It was a joy to stay with Philippe and Lien at their gorgeous property! A perfect location for a couple or besties getaway in Provence, we were delighted at every turn by their attention to detail. They displayed excellent communication and service before we even arrived as they made reservations for a fabulous lunch and arranged for a massage therapist to visit the property for our desired treatment. We enjoyed their pool and hot tub every evening to relax (get ready for some amazing views!) and we were kindly left a lovely breakfast each morning to wake up to. As design experts and architects, Philippe and Lien created a gorgeous space here, the room has everything you need plus, gasp, who doesn't want to stay somewhere surrounded by the limestone of Provence?! We came as strangers and left as friends. Merci Philippe and Lien for the incredible experience!

Charles's house is beautiful and very well maintained. Very responsive host who was quick to sort anything out and the check in was very flexible which was very much appreciated after a very long drive. The pool is great and was perfect for what we wanted and its actually bigger than it looks in the photos! It was very hot while we were there so the aircon was appreciated. Fontvielle is well placed for exploring Arles, Avignon, St Remy although it is a very quiet village itself.

Great home in a cute little town. The backyard is HUGE and gave us a really amazing experience. There are 3-4 outdoor dining areas that can accommodate a lot of people. The hosts communicate quickly. Overall would highly recommend for groups.

The stay went perfectly. The views are breathtaking! The village and its surroundings are very pleasant to visit on foot or by hiking. The ski slopes (cross-country and downhill) are 15 minutes by car. The cottage is beautifully renovated respecting the "old stones" of the village. Thanks to France for her advice (walks, tours...) very useful.

A truly beautiful place with wonderful hosts—helpful, kind, and welcoming. The historic castle is absolutely charming, and you can really feel the warmth of a home built from natural materials. It's an ideal spot for relaxation and unwinding, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by forest, a lake, open fields, and breathtaking views of the snow-capped Pyrenees. We're deeply grateful and highly recommend this magical place to everyone!

We stayed in Fanny and Alan's studio for three nights and it was only too short! Indeed, our hosts surprised us by offering a very large number of services, making our little vacation extraordinary. The estate is vast and very pleasant. The restoration of the building was carried out with care. Well maintained, the garden offers a large swimming pool and various sports areas: tennis court, badminton, ping-pong table... Impossible to get bored here in addition to the many recommendations that our hosts offered us to discover the region and its riches. As for our studio, it was beautifully decorated and very functional. Attentive and very responsive, Fanny and Alan are very welcoming people you want to know more about. Thank you for everything, looking forward to seeing you again!

Paulina was a great host, very proactive and making sure we felt home and didn't need anything. The apartment was simply amazing. It was very private with great nature all around to get the typical "provence feeling".

The apartment is amazing, it's a timeless trip, the common area is a very soothing haven of peace and tranquility, we will go back to test the other 4 accommodations! This was a magical place located in a tiny French village. Thoughtfully curated and designed, it was very fun for a night! Although the bathtub wasn’t useable as the water was too cold, I would check ahead of time if that’s important to you. Xavier was gracious enough to make amends. Would 10/10 recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The room is spacious, there is a lovely pool, and the host is so nice. Location is perfect for visiting villages in the region and doing hikes in the nearby regional park as well. The dry toilet was a new experience, and cleaning it at the end might be a challenge for some guests, but it was really interesting to test out a different system like that while in the eco-gite.

We had a great stay a « La Caseta » (the place is very very quiet) but most of all, we really enjoyed the hospitality of Ferran and Sandra managing the place. We had dinner at the restaurant every night we were there and every dinner was excellent 👌 we wish them a very good future and will certainly make a good advertising of the place 😀

An absolutely fantastic cabin to escape and recuperate in. Beautifully finished, with care, not a typical 'rental'. George is super helpful with explaining everything, great communication, and flexibility with check out time too. Thank you George! Its was great.

We had a perfect weekend! The farmhouse is spectacular and you have all the amenities. The surroundings are beautiful too. And Gerard is a 10-star host! We recommend it 100%. We will certainly return 🥰
