Spacious and very well-equipped accommodation. Given the configuration of Clermont l'Hérault, access is difficult and it is imperative to follow Solange's instructions carefully, otherwise you may find yourself in very, very narrow streets😉. Its location between sea and mountain with a quick access to the A75 is perfect. All the best.

Really beautiful house with an amazing view! Only the wooden loungers outside are really hard and the thin overlay mats of the loungers should be replaced (as already mentioned in other feedbacks). Especially for people with back problems, this is important to know. Regardless, our stay was absolutely great and we would recommend the house to anyone immediately. Communication and support was also flawless and we were answered every question immediately. Thank you for the wonderful stay in this beautiful house.

You can not get a better location truly! And the apartment is like the pics I will say that you need to be ok climbing the stairs to the shower upstairs ( not an issue if u don’t have mobility issues) and understand it is one toilet (we didn’t catch the nuance but it is written in the description- we assumed there was 2) Very good communication and quick to respond to any issues. But really just loved the location!! And parking ( free) is really 5 min away - don’t get nervous when u first drive in as the lot goes pretty far back and can hold 500 cars!

Great stay in an amazing place. The loft is tastefully decorated and many details. Fina and her dog Billy welcome you as if you were family. We had the pleasure of meeting her daughter and trying her incredible potato tortilla. We definitely recommend it and hope to return since the area is great if you want to rest and disconnect. Walking, biking, with dog and family.

Jérôme is a very pleasant and very welcoming host. The accommodation is conveniently located for visiting the city and the city on foot. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) and the accommodation was very nice for the 4 of us. The kitchen equipment is basic but this was clearly stated in the listing. Very pleasant stay, we recommend it.

I loved my stay in this beautiful artist loft. It was easy to find and street parking was no problem. I was attending a wedding but had a couple days to visit Saint-Remy and Chateau Baux de Provence, which were nearby. The location of this loft is ideal for exploring. The hosts are so nice and friendly. I wish I had more time in the area and I hope to be back someday soon!

I stayed here for 4 nights with my 2 sons (ages 11 and 17). We were all super happy with Marianne's place and would stay there again. The location is great - it's central with everything you need right near by, the size of the windows are amazing and it was very spacious. One recommendation I have for people staying here is to check out the tourist office 2 mins away. They are very helpful and recommended us a place to get bikes to go to the sea which was really nice. They also have a nice little train you can get a tour on that gives you a really good sense of Montpellier. Marianne was also a responsive host and we felt she was there if we needed anything. We are very happy we stayed at Marianne's place!

Xanthe replied immediately to any of my questions before arriving and offered maps and material to explorer the area once I arrived. The loft apartment is huge and very self contained. The town is small so it's easy to walk anywhere within it or the immediate countryside. I thoroughly enjoyed our talks and discovering the nooks and crannies she mentioned.
