Absolutely fantastic stay: beautiful, old building with original features in heart of Nijmegen - yet incredibly quiet. Chris was more than helpful, showing us round and making sure we knew how everything worked. Great recommendations for literally everything you might need. Really well-equipped kitchen.15 mins walk from railway station, and close to food shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed staying here and hope to be back again. Chris, thanks so much.

A very well-kept compact apartment near the city center and easy to reach on foot from the station. We were very warmly welcomed by Bas. For my birthday husband, there was even a gift! The apartment fully met our expectations. You don't have to check out at Bas until 11:00 am. Very pleasant!!

This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

Isa is a great hostess. The house is very nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable. It is modern and also many practical things are in the house. it is very well furnished with a great garden. Everything is thought of and the surrounding area is secluded and invites you to relax. We were there with children and in addition to the play equipment in the garden there are plenty of games we had a great time!

Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Esther was very quick to respond to questions and was looking for a solution to a problem (Luxaflex didn't go up), so super nice communication. The cottage was clean and we enjoyed the stay

Pleasantly beautiful, neat, well maintained and clean cottage. Flexible guest lady. Great communication. Highly recommended. Surroundings are beautiful. Close to Nijmegen (20 minutes drive). The downside is that the restaurant in the park was closed. I suspect temporarily.

We really enjoyed our friends weekend here. The house has every comfort and with nice weather you can sit in the backyard. The jacuzzi was a real luxury that we liked to use. As well as the cozy place around the fire basket where we roasted marshmallows. Nearby, everything is also nice to do if you want to get out of the cottage. Really a top location!

The house was well equipped, I cook everything for my children and there was, for the first time ( we travel a lot) plenty of quality cookware (stainless steel pots much healthier choice) for our needs. There was a safety gate on the stairs, which came in very handy for the youngest member of the family. The children enjoyed the toys and games available. This place really made our stay some much smoother and enjoyable. It was great to have a garden with swings and a hot tub. The area was very peaceful and we were even lucky to have great weather. There were appliances to make all jobs easy, a dishwasher, a washing machine. we didn't use the drier because of all the sun but I'm sure it could have come handy in the rain. Overall we really had everything we needed and would definitely choose Heleen's place as our base. Thank you

This was a phenomenal find as we visit relatives often in Boekel. The hosts were attentive from the very minute we booked and the space itself was immaculate. I also appreciated the consideration for future guests with the requirements whilst living there and checking out. It made me keen to revisit. The hot tub was sublime, the beds cosy and comfy and everything we needed in the laundry room, kitchen and beyond. Too many great things to list but we will be back.

Femke is a good host and the co-host Heleen is also very nice in communication. We had a very good stay at Femke's place. The accommodation met expectations and was clean, tidy and tidy. The garden was spacious and also the jacuzzi and sauna were spacious enough to be able to get into everyone. The accommodation is in a holiday park where there is also plenty to do for the little ones, such as a playground and petting zoo. All in all definitely recommended!
