Buitenplaats de Zuydsehoeve is a beautiful 10-person accommodation. The farmhouse is divided into 't Voorhuys and 't achterhuis where the owners live. The farm is located on the edge of the forest and recreational lake 't Schaartven where you can swim publicly (free of charge) on the back meadow. The farmhouse has recently been very luxuriously renovated with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The spacious garden has an XL hot tub (1x wood included, extra wood is available for a fee), fireplace, barbecue and parking.

We transformed the house into a beautiful vacation destination where peace, space, nature and relaxation are central. Cozy together in front of the stove or in the cozy bedstee or warm up in the wood-burning hot tub You can also enjoy all the beauty around you on the edge of the forest.

The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

Relax in the cozy log cabin for 2 people located on a tennis court. Basic but with luxury steam shower, tennis court and jacuzzi, it is optional to rent for €30,- x the number of nights of your booking. There is privacy, you have your own entrance and from the cottage you walk into the woods. In the neighborhood there are beautiful hiking and cycling routes and nearby is a lake (within walking distance) with and catering facilities where you can paddle board and water skiing.

Studio Iris on Natura2000 forest area

In the beautiful forest area Boschhuizen near Geysteren estate, our bungalow, which is split into three self-contained comfortable luxury studios. The studio is 32m2, with its own bathroom, shower, toilet and washbasin. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a half wall. The space is fine for 2 adults and 2 kids for example. In the living area is the sofa bed and there is a dining table and kitchen. See house rules and photos for further information and fees.

Maashuisje on the Maas

The Maashuisje was completely renovated in 2023 and has a high finish. In the cottage is a bathroom and a separate toilet room but still has a 2nd luxury bathroom separate from the house. The house has a covered balcony where you have an overview of the mesh and the backyard. If you want to fish or sunbathe directly on the water, you can use the large floor that protrudes over the mesh. The house is fully equipped and child friendly. A very unique sought-after location!
