A beautifully & atmospherically built cozy cottage, with lots of glass so that when you are inside by the wood stove, you can still enjoy the nature outside. The cottage is built with oak from the land and loam from the Maas nearby. The construction is made with so-called pin hole connections & the walls are filled with loam & straw, which together gives a very unique & natural impression. Upstairs in the comfortable double bed, you have amazing views over the countryside. Maybe you'll see a deer!

The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

Come and enjoy our cozy Pipo wagon, which has its own small bathroom with toilet, sink and a small shower cabin. There is a lovely double bed and two lovely chairs to relax. You can enjoy breakfast here and enjoy the beautiful view. There is ample parking in front of our house. Furthermore, our bed and breakfast has 4 more rooms in the back of our house. We live in the middle of the Maasheggen area where you can enjoy cycling and walking.
