We think Zeddam is a beautiful area where you can enjoy hiking and biking. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are nearby. In the apartment, all the necessities are available to cook, stay, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was also done to make us feel comfortable. In short, we can recommend this apartment to anyone.

My colleague had a very pleasant accommodation .The house was great , clean and comfortable .Most important the host was kind and very helpful .I would gladly visit again this house , i totally recommend it .

The place was very nice and Simone responded very quickly to my messages. The bikes are a nice extra, making the center easier to get to. The apartment is also close by a nice park and supermarket. in general a very clean and nice place to stay!

Roy and Meddy's place is perfect for 2 guests: - Bright apartment, very clean, decorated in today's trend, well organized and practical. - The balcony is very nice. - Close to shops, the city center. - The bikes available are a real plus to be able to explore Eindhoven in its entirety. Good accommodation, perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom and nice living room. Being a basement, it lacks sunlight, but that's something that's already understood, being a basement.

We stayed there for a week with two kids. The house is huge and there is enough space for everyone. It is well equipped and there are also various things for children. The location of the house is good, there is shopping in the village or larger then in the neighboring village. In the radius of 25-30 minutes you have reached a lot. Various zoos, lakes, amusement parks and business opportunities are within a short drive. Communication with the owner as well as with the host was always hassle-free. We enjoyed it all.

Diny was a very welcoming and kind host. The house was large and included a big indoor fireplace, outdoor firepit, a two person sauna and a well equipped kitchen! We found the place to be very clean & the pillows were very comfortable!

We had the most amazing stay at Nicols. We were 2 families with 4 children under 9. There was lots of toys and activities such as a trampoline and swing to keep the kids entertained while the adults relaxed in view in the the beautiful sunroom. There was plenty of room for 2 families and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The town if Overloon is an easy 10 minute walk away and has a good supermarket, some lovely restaurants, an ice cream parlour and a couple of bars. The house is located right beside a lovely zoo and there are many family friendly amenities in the area. I would certainly recommend Nicols beautiful home!

I had a great stay in Eindhoven! Anna was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It was the perfect place to relax. I would definitely recommend Anna’s.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

We had a great time at Eefje's place. The place is spacious and met all of our expectations. The outside is perfect for breakfast. the two bikes available allowed us to discover the city and put us in the shoes of Dutch. The two cats are very cute and sociable

A very nice and cozy apartment that is actually more spacious than it appears on the pictures. Despite the fact that it was pretty cold outside, the apartment was really warm. I loved the fire place! It is in a comfortable walking distance to the University Medical Center. The apartment has enough space to relax and work and the kitchen is well equipped. Parking is super easy on the adjacent parking space.

We stayed with Olaf for a week over Easter with a family and two friends. We had a lovely time. The living room is very spacious and provided us all with enough space. The separate area behind the house with heated pool and a cozy barbecue area is particularly beautiful. A jumbo is within walking distance. When booking, you should be aware (see photos and description) that a double bed is open above the living room and there is only one bathroom and the apartment is very audible. It wasn't a problem for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thanks so much
