What was once a train track from Boxtel to Wesel has now become a beautiful walking trail through the natural wealth surrounding Houtvennen. Our guest house stands dead centre in this area! We call it a B&B because we serve a royal breakfast after every night of your stay. Simultaneously, it’s a magnificent vacation home with complete privacy in an environment where you can go for a walk, go cycling, but also just relax. One of our guests called it “A real gem”. In the beautiful forest area Boschhuizen near Geysteren estate, our bungalow, which is split into three self-contained comfortable luxury studios. The studio is 32m2, with its own bathroom, shower, toilet and washbasin. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a half wall. The space is fine for 2 adults and 2 kids for example. A monumental holiday home located on a historic family estate; Discover the rich gentleman's farm life! This stately front house can accommodate 10 to 13 people. The house is very spacious, and the historical accents make it extra attractive. Pay attention! This accommodation is not rented to youth groups and groups of friends. It must be quiet outside at 10 pm The house is part of a small-scale recreation area with several accommodations and a nature camping area

Peace, space, enjoyment with a view of the water

The house has all the comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one of which has a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor, there is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

Great for relaxing, swimming, fishing, boating or just enjoying all the beautiful boats that pass by on the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms overlooking the Maas and has all the comforts. If you want, you can dock your own boat, jet ski, etc. at the jetty. Do you want to experience now what it feels like to be in paradise later? This is your chance.

Apartment on the lake

Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

The Fruitloods of +100m2 is located in a green and quiet area with fantastic views of the Maas. There is a wood-burning stove in the living area. A heat pump boiler provides hot water, enough to be able to shower for more than 10 minutes. The areas can be heated by electric heating. Rooftop solar panels provide the Fruitloods with electricity. The stay is situated on the first floor. In the hall on the ground floor you can store your own bicycles.
