I don't even know how to authentically describe this enchanting place ... you have to see it. The house is in the beautiful little village of Ooltgensplaat. It is quiet, idyllic and very lovely. The house is exceptionally beautiful, the rooms are very special and furnished with attention to detail. We felt very comfortable. It was a relaxing family vacation. If you feel like more hustle and bustle, you can quickly get to Rotterdam - an absolutely fascinating city. I'm sure we'll be back!

The stay at Lia's was great, the place is in a dream location. The jetty with direct access to the water was a dream. We felt really super comfortable and there was nothing missing. Communication with Lia was also great 👍 we will be back :)

Had a wonderful long weekend in this little lovely cottage. It is very tastefully decorated, has everything you need and is very clean. The location is great, you are immediately on the Meuse and can walk or ride a bike there. Annelies is very kind and helpful and responds immediately.

We thoroughly enjoyed the charm, the tranquility of Tholen and the beautiful apartment. Bakery, supermarket, nice shops, cozy bistros, restaurants within walking, cycling distance. Cozy villages with a lot of attention to flowers and plants, beautiful cities, nature nearby, a beautiful wellness in Roosendaal at a 20' drive, ... in short, a lot to do in different types of weather. We found a lot of useful information about the area in the apartment, even cycling maps, hiking maps, so we could immediately get on our way with the fiestas. The apartment is beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, everything you need (also coffee, wonderfully fragrant shower products, ...) , nice terrace overlooking the garden. Communication was smooth and friendly. In short, recommended.

Maurits and his wife are lovely and welcoming people. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Maurits who immediately gave us a tour of the apartment. The apartment is located under their detached house on the water which was really great. The space is very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Upon arrival, we were able to enjoy a nice Brabant's sausage roll and a bottle of wine. We quickly felt at home, which is always important to us. The living room is large, large bed nice kitchen and a separate shower room with a washer-dryer. The only thing was that there was only one window where the light could come in. This was no problem for us, especially not because the living space was large and we actually didn't suffer from this. We were allowed to use the jetty and the conservatory overlooking the water. We felt really welcome what a nice side effect of our stay was. We would like to come back in the future.

After booking the chalet, there was quick communication with Rebecca. It was very clear and correct. So were the instructions the day we went to the chalet. What was offered on the site was also effective. It was very neat and orderly. It's a beautiful location with beautiful views of the water and quiet location. We had a very pleasant stay and therefore also a very nice weekend.

Ramon's place was super nicely decorated and easy to find. The amenities are great and perfectly sufficient. Check-in was super easy and super explained. Ramon is a very nice host who explains everything down to the smallest detail. When we checked in, he also accommodated us with the time so that we could check in earlier. It was very nice - thank you so much 😊 Highly recommend 😊🌸

Very friendly man and super nice stay where you can really relax. Even opened a private room that was not yet offered for me because I joined an NK and preferred not to sleep with others. You do sleep with others in a room but I found this very cozy apart from my competition!! Relaxed atmosphere and very cozy but spacious. Ideal for with a group of friends. With good weather you can sit outside and you can turn on music (we had quite loud music on the whole weekend and the neighbors liked it). Sauna and jacuzzi very nice. The shower has a lot of functions. The only downside is that the kitchen was on the small side. Furthermore, you can cook well and BBQ. Surroundings are very beautiful and if you walk a little further you come to a forest with a lake. Definitely take a walk. We wanted to stay the last day until a little later in the evening and this could be for an acceptable fee.

Sail and relax on a Luxury Houseboat!

It was a very cool stay. The contact with Robertus is very friendly and always available. Check-in and check-out is by arrangement Smooth and uncomplicated. After a short briefing, you're ready to go. We followed his recommendation and drove into the area of De Biesbosch National Park by houseboat. A super nice area where there are also some places to moor for free. Thanks to the battery, the PV and the fresh water tank, it is certainly possible to spend several days self-sufficiently. Was not necessary for our length of stay. With a little practice, the boat is easy to drive and it is a very comfortable stay.

Been here with a group of friends for my boyfriend's 18th birthday. The stay is extremely beautiful and also really nice to stay. The photos and amenities match the house, which is very nice. There is much to do in the park which is also very nice. The surroundings are also very good and nice and quiet. The host was very quick to respond and was always friendly and helpful, if you had any questions it was always answered. I definitely recommend this place and this stay!

My girlfriend and I were looking forward to a peaceful and a somewhat romantic entrance to the new year, especially after all the festivities before and during new year’s eve. This was without a doubt the perfect spot for our needs. It was a cute ‘tiny house’ in a serene area. As we were looking for a place to get some good rest, this was perfect since we could have small hikes along the River with a nice farm-like touch. We both live in Amsterdam, so we are used to busy areas and surroundings, thus our longing for a place like this. We visited in the winter, but we immediately said to each other we have to visit again during the summer, to get a glimpse of the area during summer. I hope we follow up to our own words :)

We had a great family weekend at Eefke's, which was especially well received by the children. But we adults also felt very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there was enough space for everyone. This house is really highly recommended for a larger group and Eefke is also very friendly and helpful.

Three wonderful nights in the Dutch idyll. Together with my boyfriend, I was allowed to spend the Easter days with my birthday with Raymond and Gea. The first surprise: the two had decorated the room with balloons, garlands and greeting card especially for me. Thanks again for that!!! The apartment itself was well furnished and very comfortable. And then there was the garden. Where: Actually, it was more of an entire park with lake, small beach and numerous seating options in the countryside. All in all: A great place to just get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a few days. We can't wait for the next vacation in Hoogerheide!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely room. Tiny is such a kind and thoughtful host. The detailed instructions on how to use the room’s facilities and the helpful local tips made everything so easy and enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated the selection of refreshments, especially the variety of teas. If we ever have the chance to visit Den Bosch again, we would definitely love to stay here once more.

We enjoyed our stay with Gert-Jan. The house was very clean and tidy. Gert-Jan was very attentive and helpful. The house had everything we needed (toilet roll, kitchen soap etc.) and even though it is attached to other property, the house was quiet and had a beautiful garden. We were lucky to have great weather and despite the house not having air conditioning it stayed at really comfortable temperature. Location wise it was a great base to explore from. We had days out in Utrecht (beautiful), Amsterdam (busy!) and the Kröller Müller museum which is located in the De Hoge Veluwe Park about an hours drive away, but well worth it. More locally, we discovered a nice bakery in Ammerzoden and the children particulary enjoyed an afternoon of swimming and waterslides at Sportfondsen Sportiom in Den Bosch.

We stayed as a family at Theresa and Oscar's chalet for a week. We had a nice time there! Especially compared to the other chalets in Lithse Ham Park, there are really great play equipment for kids - ours loved the trampoline and still miss it today. We found it clean and well equipped there (there is even a milk frother!). Theresa and Oscar's excursion tips were great (animal park in Oss) and they kind hosts, who even sent us a forgotten charging cable by mail. We are happy to recommend staying with them!

It is a fantastic cottage with all utilities available. Johan and Mariska are super sweet hosts , are always there for you and help with lots of fun. Stayed here for 2 nights during the marathon of Rotterdam. The place was piccobello in order. Two beautiful rooms with two beautiful bathrooms. Everything met the expectations. Gorinchem is a nice little town! The contact with Sanne was great. She is friendly and responds adequately to messages. All in all a top stay. We would definitely come back here.
