You have access through the garden area, where you can stay freely. The studio offers a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Towels and shampoo provided. A box spring, seating, (work/dining) table and kitchenette with refrigerator and induction hob (not suitable for extensive cooking). Coffee and tea, WiFi, TV with Netflix are provided. Supermarkets and bus stop a few minutes' walk away. ASML is only a 10-minute walk. Drugs and smoking cannabis are not permitted on the entire site.

Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary vacation home with private entrance and has recently been renovated in a part of a long gable farm, where once was the cow barn and hayloft. The living area has an entrance on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in the private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

Stay in a private cottage on our peaceful alpaca farm in the Dutch countryside. A quiet place to relax and enjoy nature. Dogs are welcome and can roam safely in the private fenced garden! Located in the Hoeksche Waard, about 25 minutes from major cities and 40 minutes from the North Sea. Walking and cycling routes start from the property! Welcome to Sint-Oedenrode, a beautiful village, full of beautiful hiking and cycling areas! And you're right in the middle of it. Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

Peace and quiet at B&B Boerderij 1914! (Den Bosch)

B&B Boerderij 1914 is located in Haarsteeg, near Den Bosch and Heusden. In our renovated cow farm, we have created a luxury guest house. The guesthouse consists of a private bathroom, sitting area, dining area, coffee bar, separate toilet and a lovely double bed! Parking space on private property and a spacious garden (2000m2)! In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.

Guest suite 10 min walking distance from the city center!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

After renovating our own house, a 1938 cow barn, we built an attractive studio with a large veranda and beautiful views of our house. The studio is newly built, vintage finds have been used for the interior and decoration. You can enjoy the tranquility, hiking, biking, and cities like Eindhoven, Den Bosch and Tilburg are only half an hour's drive away. Or consider the Efteling, Toverland, Utrecht and Antwerp.
