Polderview 1, beautiful location in the middle of nature.

A beautiful Tiny House on the Rivierdijk in Hardinxveld; a new pipowagen in the middle of the greenery. You are entirely on your own. Wonderful if you want to get away from it all. You can look into the meadows from your chair. The Tiny House has its own bathroom and a kitchen with hob and fridge. A lovely bed that can be set up as a double or two single beds. The nice seat completes this B&B. On beautiful days, you can enjoy the spacious veranda and private garden all around.

What was once a train track from Boxtel to Wesel has now become a beautiful walking trail through the natural wealth surrounding Houtvennen. Our guest house stands dead centre in this area! We call it a B&B because we serve a royal breakfast after every night of your stay. Simultaneously, it’s a magnificent vacation home with complete privacy in an environment where you can go for a walk, go cycling, but also just relax. One of our guests called it “A real gem”. Marty is a great host! I didn't arrive until 1am due to accumulated delays with flies and fortunately she received me because in the dark I couldn't tell which house it was. I didn't know there was breakfast at all and that was great fun and completely prepared. Beautiful place, nice animals, nice and quiet, good price and nice hostess, what more could you want!

This accomodation is a beautiful, unique and historically rich place. The location is perfect in the city centre. You can park there for free indoors on their location. Very safe, extremely close by. The included breakfast is fantastic! I highly recommend this place, though know that there are some more common rooms. You have your private places but it can be that the hosts are walking through the kitchen to other rooms.

Anja and Inigo's house was very comfortable. Our room was separate and private, and both clean and comfortable. A generous and diverse Continental breakfast is included in the price, with more food than a person can reasonably eat for a morning meal! Anja was very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended.

Had a nice night here. Clean bedroom and clean, spacious bathroom we could use. A hot shower was more than welcome after our long walk, so we were able to enjoy this well. Breakfast in the bright conservatory overlooking the trees is also definitely recommended. Taken out to the last detail. In the morning we were even dropped off at the station for our return trip, super sweet!

Super nice place to be. Quietly located, beautiful large garden and tastefully furnished. The apartment was fully equipped. Very nice bed, nice spacious bathroom. The breakfast service is also great and very nice communication with both hosts. I definitely recommend this place!
