This beautiful cozy house has really all the comforts. The Easter decoration made it all the way. It is also wonderful to stay in the idyllic garden. You can use the various seats and around the house you have plenty of privacy. Ans and Sander are very sweet, hospitable people who are open to a chat. Kelpen-Oler is an excellent starting point for visiting the wine estates nearby (tip: Aldeneyck has a lovely terrace in addition to tasty wines). You can also take beautiful walks/bike rides in the area. Hidden gem for a well-deserved break: Tea garden the Tungelroyse stream. We greatly enjoyed it!

We had a very nice inspiring time during our stay. Sauna nearby 20 min drive and delicious food in Zaltbommel. The view around the cottage is great wide and you can enjoy hiking there. Repeatable 🙏🏼

A stay with a flexible arrival time. Upon reception, 1 of us was shown around the house and we were given clear instructions. Furthermore, there were also the necessary papers with instructions. As a surprise, we also received a "welcome gift", which certainly tasted good. That was a nice attention. Otherwise, communication went extremely smoothly, everything was well followed up and we also received many tips before or after the stay. The equipment of the house was excellent. Of everything was more than sufficiently available, and a lot of comfort. In short, pleasant host, pleasant stay, great!

The villa was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Kim and Linda were incredibly friendly, making our stay even more pleasant.

Wonderfully clean and new cottage and incredibly relaxed despite having neighbors. Don't worry about it! Lieke is also nice and hospitable.

Had a great stay! Wonderful space, private and clean. The only downside was that the shower didn't give that much water. But everything else was perfect. Jacuzzi was delicious! Drinking board and beer tasted exquisite. Paul and Sandra, thank you for your beautiful space.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was delightful and cleverly designed in beautiful surroundings. We were made to feel very welcome. Very highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay over the Easter weekend. Our kids (8 and 6) had a blast with the other kids at the camp. The tent and campsite were quaint and had a very cosy feel. The road was a slight disadvantage as the noise from the cars breaks the tranquility. We also enjoying walking in nature, and there was not too much of that unless you drive. But our kids never wanted to leave the campsite, so I guess that all worked out well! 😂

I was at a seminar during the day and really enjoyed having a spacious, cozy and quiet place to stay in the evening. I was able to go to the next town very comfortably by bike for shopping. Everything was very uncomplicated. I will inquire with Goof again the next time I visit.

We felt very comfortable and the hosts were super friendly :) We especially liked that there was enough of everything (coffee capsules, shampoo, dishwasher tabs, etc.) - many German hosts could learn a thing or two. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! It was all very clean and we felt very comfortable. We were even allowed to do a horseback ride in our booked period.

This is a beautiful property with lots of space for everyone. Well-appointed kitchen and plenty of bathrooms throughout the property. Lovely grounds with trampoline, bbq, ping pong, outdoor seating and everything you can think of needing. It's in a rural area but close to town so you feel like you are secluded. Town was a 5 min drive. The were very responsive to our needs and we fantastic to work with as we had some special requests. I highly recommend this property.

It is a fantastic cottage with all utilities available. Johan and Mariska are super sweet hosts , are always there for you and help with lots of fun. We feel completely at home there and also completely relax there. I definitely recommend everyone to stay there. In any case, we will definitely go back. Z'on beautiful environments and so much to go for a walk in nature. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay! It was all the same as in the photos. Check-in was simple and uncomplicated. Particularly noteworthy is the very good basic equipment. There were various spices and oil, as well as enough dishwashing tablets and toilet paper for our stay

We thank Leon and Marleen for a lovely quiet and relaxing stay. Our little dog Ruby-Romee also enjoyed the ultrarooled fenced garden. The accommodation is also fire and sparkling clean and everything is completely available. For aspiring guests who check out this site and are looking for a quiet and spacious apartment with lovely large outdoor space and certainly the ones that are accompanied by their sweet dog(you) this is a no-brainer for all parties. The support and guidance by Leon and Marleen is extremely friendly,accommodating and megatop.. Great spot in the countryside, very cosy and clean, wonderful shower and amazing hot tub. Lots of great paths and places to explore by bike with groceries and a small town 5 minutes cycle away and easy connection by bus. Jasper was a superb host, very accommodating and easy.

The place is super . We were on a work trip, so the hot tub was a welcome addition to unwind. There is plenty of space to relax. It felt like we were on holiday even though we were working.
